Impossible to believe anyone can say this meat Is tender! I've tried different cooking methods including the exact cooking method on box instructions and it's always so tough and chewy my teeth were sore. I do not believe the high ratings of this product. I must be living in an alternate universe.

We bought two boxes last week. We made Philly Cheesesteak open faced as sandwiches on the frozen garlic bread. 9 of us were eating. I thought it would take both boxes. However we only needed 2 packages of the 3 that come in a box. So we have 4 remaining packages for 2 more dinner recipes. They were delicious!

The reviews were mixed but I took a chance on it. The 9 steaks (packaged as 3-3 packs) were enough for 3 meals for 3 adults (is there a 3 theme? Maybe a threeme?). The first night, I'd intended to make Cheesesteak Sandwiches and included this in my delivery order but didn't make it to the regular grocery store to grab hoagie buns and an onion and provolone cheese so when I got home, I decided to just saute' it and add some teriyaki sauce and frozen veggies and threw it over white rice, called it stir fry. That was a very convenient 30 minute thrown together meal from start to dishes and wasn't disappointing. After that it made 6 regular sized sandwiches (with grilled onions) and then 3 philly cheesesteak baked potatoes (I used more onions and bell peppers). This was a great value for the output! Compliments from all of the mouths it fed.

There is something seriously wrong with the flavor. I even added au jus to dip our subs into and the flavor was still off putting! Yuck! my whole family won't even eat the leftovers. we threw out the steak. What a waste of $$. C'mon Sam's... bring back the other brand you used to sell!

I followed cooking directions, and these unfortunately came out very dry. Try %232. I cooked them gently in butter, and they were not so dry. Better, but not great. Try %233, I am going to allow the entire box to defrost,then lightly sprinkle the meat with baking soda, and let stand for 15 minutes, then sautee in butter. The baking soda should do the trick. Fingers crossed! I will report back...
