This was my first time trying these and they were delicious. I never cared much for the other common steakum type products but these taste great and don’t seem to have gristle or much fat. I will keep buying them.

This product is great, comes with 3 packages, nice that you don't have to cook it all at once and it cooks up so fast. Would and have bought this meat again.

Awesome - much better cooking results than similar oval steaks (which stay stiff & not break apart easily & are “chewy”) & the steak “ums” (which are extremely thin)

The only ingredient is beef! Seasoning packets included but you don’t have to use them. The meat is shaved thin and I really like the pre-portioned 4 ounce sections. We are very picky about meat and I can’t say anything bad about this product.

The meat was fine, although a bit grizzly in places. We shred it up on the blackstone and fried it with peppers and onions, so it did make for a decent Philly steak sandwich with melted provolone cheese! I would recommend it

We weren’t sure - our first purchase - we loved them - if you’re a Philly Cheese Steak fan -these are great! There was lots of meat & a great seasoning package!

These steaks are so delicious and easy to make. I recently purchased a few more boxes to make roast beef sandwiches with au jus for a party. The meat was also a perfect stand in for ground beef. I hope Sam’s continues to carry these.

With everything being so expensive now, it's nice to use these to make Philly cheese steaks. It comes out just like the restaurant. Easy to cook and delicious. This now a staple in my house.

this is our 2nd time purchasing this brand. This is 10x better than Steakums. Personally, I can eat this without anything else added to it, but when you do add grilled onions and bell peppers - WOW, better than any original cheesesteak I have purchased at a restaurant. Next time this goes on sale, I am purchasing a few boxes. We made a whole box last night for a family of 4, and plenty left over for 2-3 more sandwiches. I was already told to purchase another box this week. Also, quick to make. At least for us, when we cook other brand thinly sliced, frozen beef steak, they crumble and stick - hard to cook. Not these, easy and quick!

I followed cooking directions, and these unfortunately came out very dry. Try %232. I cooked them gently in butter, and they were not so dry. Better, but not great. Try %233, I am going to allow the entire box to defrost,then lightly sprinkle the meat with baking soda, and let stand for 15 minutes, then sautee in butter. The baking soda should do the trick. Fingers crossed! I will report back...
