I know these were made for someone making a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, or something similar, but I use it for my homemade Pho soup. I get a broth from a restaurant I go to when I visit my Mom, and add this beef as the beef for the soup. Each packet has three beef bricks and I add one to the Pho broth as I heat it up. Then I add some noodles, jalapeno pepper slices, and Siracha sauce and my Beef Pho soup is ready to go once it is boiling. I used to use shave beef from various grocery stores in the area, but I would have to vacuum seal them to save for when I made my soups. Now, I don't need to do the vacuum sealing and these end up being cheaper than buying the shaved beef from grocery stores.

Tender lean and delicious - I hate gristly meat and I was hesitant to try this. After a family member served it for a quick meal I stocked up. This cooks so fast and it is filling. This is truly the best product I have bought in years. I have recommended it to 25 people so far. A person with denture problems can eat it.no teeth can eat it.very bade stomach problems can digest it. It truly is the best thing I have found in years. I CAN EAT THIS AND NOT THROW UP!!!!@

Staple on our house. We love these. I cook mushrooms, peppers and onions and then add this and cook it all together. When it’s cooked I add 2 slices of white American cheese and mix it together until it’s melted. I add it to the Sam’s club hoagie bun and top with Hellman’s chipotle mayo.

I love cooking at home, and this is one of my best discoveries at Sam’s Club! The Gary’s QuickSteak sirloin beef is thinly sliced and comes out so tender and flavorful every time. I’ve made Philly cheesesteaks, Asian-inspired noodle bowls, and beef tacos, and every recipe tasted like something from a restaurant. Small tip for anyone buying: use half the seasoning packet — it’s plenty flavorful without overpowering the beef. The quality is excellent, the price is affordable, and the convenience can’t be beat. This is now a freezer must-have for me!

I was careful to follow the instructions and not overcook. Seasoned the meat well but it was dry and still not seasoned enough. Good source of protein regardless.

Meat is too dry, not tasty at all, in fact I may just return it for a refund.
