Meat us flavorful. Cooks quick and tender. Great for making quesadillas. Be careful to not cook too long as it will get tough. Instructions tell you not to cook too long. Didn't care for the seasoning that came with it. Seasoning is in a separate package so easy to not use. Perfect for singles or couples.

My sister recommended these to us. We like them for a quick meal. They are a little bit greasy but cheese steak frequently is. I use a paper towel to quickly remove some of the grease. There is a seasoning packet inside but I am sensitive to MSG so I didn't use the seasoning packet (even though MSG, autolyzed yeast, yeast extract, etc wasn't on the seasoning packet ingredients list). I seasoned the meat myself. We will repurchase these.

I know these were made for someone making a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, or something similar, but I use it for my homemade Pho soup. I get a broth from a restaurant I go to when I visit my Mom, and add this beef as the beef for the soup. Each packet has three beef bricks and I add one to the Pho broth as I heat it up. Then I add some noodles, jalapeno pepper slices, and Siracha sauce and my Beef Pho soup is ready to go once it is boiling. I used to use shave beef from various grocery stores in the area, but I would have to vacuum seal them to save for when I made my soups. Now, I don't need to do the vacuum sealing and these end up being cheaper than buying the shaved beef from grocery stores.

We had this for supper last night and absolutely loved it. Made French dip sandwiches with it. So tender and flavorful. Would absolutely recommend this to everyone.

I was careful to follow the instructions and not overcook. Seasoned the meat well but it was dry and still not seasoned enough. Good source of protein regardless.

I buy this product from the grocery stores and it’s great. Usually it’s packed individually. But when I buy from Sam’s coms 3 in the box and the meat quality is not great. Much fattier and chewy. Its seems they make it for Sam’s cheap quality to sell it cheap.
