I bought this chair for my elderly father and it's trash weak motor makes noise and just quits working don't waste your money on this junk. And it's very uncomfortable

Box weighs 159lbs, noted on Delivery company order, 2 person delivery 1 threshold, one person arrived and put it in the garage and I had to move it in the house. Out of the box its way too firm, uncomfortable unless you are stretched out, arms are hard edges and depending on how you sit and lean against it, it kinda hurts. Wireless charger is a slow charger. Doesn't have a wide seat, I have a 40 waist and my thought is 44 max you'll be touching both sides. I like that the cup holder lights have 3 colors, red, green and blue and can be turned off.

I sat in this chair at least three times when I was at Sam’s Club near my home. Every time I sat in it, I was impressed with how sturdy it felt. It was also very comfortable. My only disappointment is that it was not plugged in so I could try out the reclining. Well, I bought it! I’ve had it for a little over a month and I love it! The cushions are comfy and firm. The mechanism to recline is slow but not too slow. I would say just about right. It reclines so far back so I have the option to lay almost flat. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the headrest also moves to different angles. #Bonus I was also surprised by the lighting along the bottom of the chair, the cupholder and phone charger. You can choose between red, green or blue. Not necessary, but a cool/fun feature! The phone charger works great! You just lay your phone on top of it, and it charges. There are also some outlets in the armrest for standard house plugs as well as a USB C and standard USB cable. Both armrests have a great amount of storage within them so you can place your remotes, game controllers and in my case, dog treats. I would have expected to pay much more than $399 for this chair. I think it is an exceptional value! My only regret is that I can’t afford another one right now, and everybody wants to sit in my chair! I also saw a comment about the power cutting off/out and they had to return it. My chair lost power and I panicked, but I flipped it over and one of the wires was unplugged. Easy to fix!
