It does not fully recline and it squeaks when being reclined and back. But it is nice and firm which is what i wanted. The controls are on the inside which is awkward the phone charger gets hot and doesnt fully charge the phone.

These are a very nice option for living room or even a theater room. Power outlets in arm rests are very nice. Not a big fan of the lighting option, but it’s an interesting feature.

This chair is NOISY! You recline: It squeals and squeaks. You take it back to normal: It squeals and squeaks. The phone charger doesn't work for our iPhones. The LED lighting is useless and really a waste. We don't turn it on. The chair would be better with a second cup holder and tray table like an older version we had purchased from Sam's years ago. It's not as comfortable as I expected (again... comparing it to the older chair we previously purchased.). The arm storage is great and one of the reason we wanted a theater chair vs "normal" recliner. The USB charger ports are useful for charging our phones and laptops (especially since the one chair charger doesn't work). The head adjustment is a nice touch (and that part doesn't squeak and squeal!.). However, I still need a pillow behind my neck to get the most comfort. Did I mention this thing is NOISY!? You can hear it being reclined all over the house! At the time of purchasing, I would have chosen the other chair the Sam's sells... but by the time I made the final decision those showed out of stock. (And once they came back in stock and we had already purchased this Members Mark chair.... they had raised the price of the other chair by a huge amount!.)

I love everything about it. All the features. Plus it lays back so I can sleep with no problem.

Needed a comfortable recliner with storage, chargers inside and out, easy to use and remember, for mom going into memory care.

This chair is comfortable and easy to put together, but not quite as comfy as others available. Every tech and charging feature you would want!

Resident needed New Chair! His was well-used. This one he loves! Lights and technology abound!! Very nice, I was jealous!
