Our family really likes all the features of these chairs. Opted for them onstead of a couch. Has all the bells and whistles.

Absolutely love this chair. I use it for gaming. I love that it has the wireless phone charger on the arm. I charge my gaming headet in the left arm rest compartment and my game controller in the right one. Very comfortable for long term sitting.

nice looking chair. pretty comfortable. BUT the pleather started ripping and rubbing off after a year. and today, about a year and a half, the motor stopped working to control the recliner. it still has power fot the head rest and lights. but stuck in the reclined position. not sure how to get it down the stairs now.

Chair has nice design and per the pictures on the website, we understood that there was a light on the armrest and under the chair. In the pictures, it looks blue and unobtrusive. After getting the chair assembled and plugged in, the light is red, and not a slight red glow, but a retina burning, insanity inducing red. During the unpacking, no owner's manual was found, so no reference to see how the light can be turned off or the color changed. Anyone else having this problem, or found a work around?

I found this to be an OK chair. Not as comfortable as the prior theater chair I previously purchased through Sam’s Club. Unfortunately I cannot sit in this chair very long without my back becoming very uncomfortable. I feel it’s a good purchase for the price, but not the best purchase I’ve made.

I like the recliner however the charging pad does not work The charging pad lights up but my cell phone does not charge After seeing my recliner my neighbor purchased one and his charging pad works Not sure why mine doesn't

The comfort was not like I expected. The seat is too hard and lumpy and the back does not recline until the footrest is completely extended, making it very uncomfortable with pressure points causing pain in the back and leg area. I found that the Wireless Charging Pad is not compatible with my Google Pixel 8 Pro phone, even though it says it is. The pad will charge the phone for about three minutes then start flashing which requires me to shut down the entire chair at the rear switch to reset it. I also found that the main power cord for the chair is too short and I had to plug it into a power strip with a circuit protector on it. This limited my options in positioning it in the living room. It should never have that short of a plug that prevents you from plugging directly into a wall outlet. The arms are too hard on the edges which causes pain/pressure points, making them very uncomfortable without added padding. Overall, not a good purchase. I'll have to keep it only because it is way to heavy to move it again.

Leather in the hand rest is already wrinkles within 2 weeks

This chair is NOISY! It squeaks when you recline, return to sitting, or move the slightest bit. VERY annoying! The charging pad doesn’t charge our iPhones. The LED lights are unnecessary and we don’t use them. A tray and second duo holds would have been a better choice than the charger and lights. The head adjustment is a nice addition. Thinking of returning because the squeaking is so loud (and getting worse if that’s even possible!)

Nice looking chair, but extremely heavy, very slow to recline because it’s electronic. It’s also very slick material (leather/pleather). Would absolutely have returned it, but it’s too heavy to even attempt to bring take it apart and bring back.
