Super comfortable, streamline design, enjoying this chair daily!

Our family really likes all the features of these chairs. Opted for them onstead of a couch. Has all the bells and whistles.

Needed a comfortable recliner with storage, chargers inside and out, easy to use and remember, for mom going into memory care.

This chair is comfortable and easy to put together, but not quite as comfy as others available. Every tech and charging feature you would want!

Resident needed New Chair! His was well-used. This one he loves! Lights and technology abound!! Very nice, I was jealous!

Very comfortable chair. Worth the price. The only negative is how slow the motors are. Otherwise I do not regret the purchase

Absolutely love this chair. I use it for gaming. I love that it has the wireless phone charger on the arm. I charge my gaming headet in the left arm rest compartment and my game controller in the right one. Very comfortable for long term sitting.

This chair is NOISY! You recline: It squeals and squeaks. You take it back to normal: It squeals and squeaks. The phone charger doesn't work for our iPhones. The LED lighting is useless and really a waste. We don't turn it on. The chair would be better with a second cup holder and tray table like an older version we had purchased from Sam's years ago. It's not as comfortable as I expected (again... comparing it to the older chair we previously purchased.). The arm storage is great and one of the reason we wanted a theater chair vs "normal" recliner. The USB charger ports are useful for charging our phones and laptops (especially since the one chair charger doesn't work). The head adjustment is a nice touch (and that part doesn't squeak and squeal!.). However, I still need a pillow behind my neck to get the most comfort. Did I mention this thing is NOISY!? You can hear it being reclined all over the house! At the time of purchasing, I would have chosen the other chair the Sam's sells... but by the time I made the final decision those showed out of stock. (And once they came back in stock and we had already purchased this Members Mark chair.... they had raised the price of the other chair by a huge amount!.)

First of all the recliner's are set up on the shelves where a person can't sit on them, especially since alot of the complaints are about how uncommon the chair is .the chairs are not electrically connected so there no way yo tell how quiet or noisy the chair is.the best thing about this chair is that it has a lifetime warranty

After 6 month i can give a review on my experience with this recliner. The pros are the storage under the arms, the cup holder and the USB ports. Adjuatable headrest is also a plus. Now the cons: the arms are too high and uncomfortable. Maybe it would be better if there was more padding so it would feel like your elbows were resting on something cushiony and not a hard 2x6. The location of the controls are awkward, down by your leg and my leg is frequently activating the switches. It would be more beneficial if the switch controls were on the outside of the arm rest. The lights are a cool idea but are un-neccesary as they are never used except for my leg presses the switch to turn them on. And finally, the switch malfunctioned. Leg lift quit working. Head rest still operates. But that model of switch with wiring is obsolete and cant be found. The newer part/switch has a different wiring harness ,1 cable with a 5 pin plug and the old switch has a 2 cables that branch off and divide into other cables with a number of 2 pin plugs. Same part numbers EMOMO HX90. So after a little over 6 months i just have a chair and not a recliner. I dont recommend.
