Recliner broke frame inside when sitting on it

It has a lot of goodies like power station, adjustable head rest, large storage in both arms, charging area on one arm and cup holder in the other. It is very stiff, little cushioning so not as comfortable as I would like.

Got this for my dad and he loved it. It was very easy to assemble. Fantastic looking sofa and awesome features. He likes that it isn't too soft and it's comfortable and firm. The reclining is incredible too.

Box weighs 159lbs, noted on Delivery company order, 2 person delivery 1 threshold, one person arrived and put it in the garage and I had to move it in the house. Out of the box its way too firm, uncomfortable unless you are stretched out, arms are hard edges and depending on how you sit and lean against it, it kinda hurts. Wireless charger is a slow charger. Doesn't have a wide seat, I have a 40 waist and my thought is 44 max you'll be touching both sides. I like that the cup holder lights have 3 colors, red, green and blue and can be turned off.
