I get up,walk,do some yard work, go shopping etc. with much more ease and less inflamation pain. It does not take much to just try it. See for yourself. I never recommend anything to anyone. Within a few weeks, my joints, knees and hands, EASED UP, UNBELIEVABLY! I am 68, and as fast as the aches and pains came on, it disappeared! Seriously, if you are at wits end, check with any meds you're taking, and bring these into your life! I did, and it has worked for me! Can I guarantee IT works???? ALL I KNOW THIS WAS the only thing I added to my daily vitamins?..NOTHING ELSE.. and btw..my daily vitamins includes: 1-OTC DAILY MULTI-VITAMIN, 2-FISH OIL, 1-AN OSTEO BI-Flex(triple strength), 2-QUNOL TUMERIC 1,000! I'm good!

This product did nothing. Turmeric, I later found out, requires black pepper to allow the bioavailabilty of the curcuminoids to work properly. This product doesn't contain any black pepper. Once I switched to a product that contained the pepper I noticed a difference within a week. I don't recommend this product.

I give a +10 credit to the help of my overall health. I’m in excellent health. I only go for check-ups every 6 months. All my vitals are excellent. I know turmeric is not 100% all for my great health, I feel like it is a great contribution to it.

I have difficulty swallowing pills so I thought I would try these gummies, they just melt in my mouth and the orange flavor tastes like I'm eating a piece of candy.
