I tried taking Turmeric capsules but ended up with stomach issues after a few days. I couldn't take them long enough to see any benefit. I tried these gummies after my husband started using them. I didn't have any stomach issues and have been able to take them daily for several months. My joints feel much better and I'm able to train harder. I recommend these for anyone who has trouble taking the capsule form of Turmeric.

These taste fine but grosses me out with all the sticky goo on the bottom of the bottle. I bought 2 of these at different times and both had the sticky goo. I had to use a spoon to get them out of the bottle. I had no noticeable improvement in arthritis or bursitis.

I prefer the capsules. They were all stuck to my teeth. I’m sure they are as effective as capsules, but they aren’t for me. Sorry.

I get up,walk,do some yard work, go shopping etc. with much more ease and less inflamation pain. It does not take much to just try it. See for yourself. I never recommend anything to anyone. This I product I do and will.

The first bottle I bought seemed to help. The second bottle caused terrible stomach issues. It took me 8 weeks and several doctor’s visits but I finally made the connection. If you have unexplained stomach issues since taking this, it may be the problem. I’m not sure what was different between the two bottles but I’m not purchasing again.

But then after a few weeks I started to notice that my pain had come back and it seemed to be worse in more of my joints. Really upsets me because I had to stop using them. I wish somebody at this company could explain why this happened and what I could possibly do again to ease my joint pain.

This product did nothing. Turmeric, I later found out, requires black pepper to allow the bioavailabilty of the curcuminoids to work properly. This product doesn't contain any black pepper. Once I switched to a product that contained the pepper I noticed a difference within a week. I don't recommend this product.

It literally aides in the remission of basically every health issue I have. I literally just got out of the hospital & it was a very short admission this time. I give a +10 credit to the help of my overall health. I’m in excellent health. I only go for check-ups every 6 months. All my vitals are excellent. I know turmeric is not 100% all for my great health, I feel like it is a great contribution to it.
