I have tried similar before these actually seem to be working my arthritis does feel better, Mine is related to a blood condition called hemochromatosis, which erodes your cartilage in your joints. These do make it better I don't know if it's the product they sell for the delivery system but it's better than the capsules that I was taking, I would have no problem recommending these in fact I have. Results are not always the same for everyone but for me they are positive
