I am happy to say that I am relatively pain free, unlike many acquaintances who do not take Turmeric. I switched from a generic product to Qnol and have found the benefits to be noticeably increased.

I prefer the capsules. They were all stuck to my teeth. I’m sure they are as effective as capsules, but they aren’t for me. Sorry.

I just started taking these for joint pain. I prefer gummies because a lot of supplements are hard for me to swallow. These gummies have a good taste but they are way too sweet. 5g of added sugar is excessive and unnecessary since there are healthier alternatives. My mistake for not reading the label carefully.

I tried the gummies but did not care for them. the sugary coating is messy and the flavor is pretty nondescript. I prefer swallowing a capsule.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heard high reviews about these products. Honestly, I don't find that if it (The gummies) made me feel any better pain wise. I am trying the caplets this time, they are a higher milligram, and I am hoping they are more effective.

These taste fine but grosses me out with all the sticky goo on the bottom of the bottle. I bought 2 of these at different times and both had the sticky goo. I had to use a spoon to get them out of the bottle. I had no noticeable improvement in arthritis or bursitis.

In doing so, I decided to add Qunol Tumeric to my regiment. In doing this, I am glad I did because I anticipated my pain returning greatly, but so far I haven't seen an increase in pain as anticipated. Since the only other thing I changed was adding the Qunol Tumeric, I can only assume it is helping me. The only reason I don't recommend things like Qunol Tumeric or any other medication or supplement is because everyone responds differently to things. I can only say what it does for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried this to resolve pain that daily OTC meds were not helping. This greatly reduced cramps, a bad headache and joint pain. So far, so good. But have to take much higher amounts than 2 gummies per day.
