Cod was spoiled. Purchased frozen. Took home, unwrapped, and noted a strong smell. Made it anyway, thinking maybe it was just the fish smell. Tasted odd. Unfortunately, would not recommend.

A great buy and tasty solid fish. It is wild caught. I buy it each month and it cooks up great. I actually split the filets in half because they are thick.

Something is not right with this fish. Awful odor when opened. Well before sell by date. Tried to get the smell out to no avail. The fish wasn't spoiled but I do not recommend.

Came with bonus bones and cartilage of some kind, very strong fish smell. not buying again.

Please bring back the wild caught portioned frozen cod!! It was excellent! Why did you delete it?

Second package that smells like ammonia. Threw both away.

We purchased cod filets which turned out to have gone bad. After cooking and taking a bite, we were overwhelmed by an ammonia odor. We immediately stopped eating it and threw away all the cod.

I'm on a very tight budget & this was a complete disgusting waste of money. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, much less eat it myself. Someone else did my shopping or I'd never have left the store with it!

Cod

Fresh fish! Delicious!
