I’m somewhat skeptical of buying fish from a big box store. This was a pleasant surprise. The fish was fresh and delicious; really nice thick fillets.

Have to admit this was as good as the Wild Cod my family and I used to catch off the coast of WA when I lived there. Only thing missing was the salty sea breeze I remembered while catching them!

We prefer this Cod over the pre-cooked kind. We like to season it ourselves with butter and lemon pepper, then cook in the microwave. Packed like this...the flavor just tastes bette to.

We purchased cod filets which turned out to have gone bad. After cooking and taking a bite, we were overwhelmed by an ammonia odor. We immediately stopped eating it and threw away all the cod.

I'm on a very tight budget & this was a complete disgusting waste of money. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, much less eat it myself. Someone else did my shopping or I'd never have left the store with it!
