My only complaint was pole 2 didn't slide in to pole 3 the way it was supposed to. This caused a couple extra hours of work to try to get it to fit. After a bunch of hammering and grinding i finally got it to fit, but not great.

Don't let your uncle hulk tighten these bolts! Snapped one, but a hardware store trip made everything work out. Read the directions all the way thru first! Some of the steps don't make sense until you read the next step. 10/10 recommended overall.

My basketball rim was bent when the unit fell over in the wind. Vendla was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I wish all customer service people were like her. She was excellent

My kids and I have been loving this hoop for the past few years and it has held up tremendously, but I definitely love the brand after customer service helped me out by sending a replacement base cap for free.

Definitely need 2 adults for assembly. Took us 3-4 hours to assemble, not counting filling the base with sand (another 1.5-2 hrs). Super sturdy once completed.
