We got this basketball goal about two weeks ago for our grandsons ages 10, 8 and 5. It was fairly easy to assemble and put into operation in the driveway. Now the three grandsons and about 5 of their friends have been giving it a workout every chance they get. They do usually give it a rest after sunset ... usually. The basketball goal does seem to be of good quality and we expect it to be used and used and used for at least the next 13 years. That's when the youngest should be graduating from high school. An excellent product!

Well built, doesn’t seem to play any different than a permanent setup. You’ll need a 2d person to help at times while putting it together, but did most of it alone. I can see why there are so many good reviews.

This goal is great. The adjustable height is EASY to use, but it wasn't super easy to assemble. It takes TIME! However, it's worth the hassle. I didn't align the holes correctly and needed to use "the drop method" to pull them apart, but all's well now. FYI- If you DO assemble it incorrectly and need to use "the drop method", take all the hardware off. My son learned this the hard way :)

Excellent quality, a little chalenging in the asembly and instructions but totally worrth it!

Bought on rollback for $229, great purchase, all the neighbors are over using it. Took 2.5 hours to assemble, but great otherwise!

I had an issue with my product, and I informed customer service. Ms. Daniela responded immediately. She asked for some photos, I got around to submit them a few weeks later because I was out of town. It's like the same day I sent the pictures to her, I received a reply informing me that the parts were shipped and on the way to me. --it was already in FedEX! Amazing!! My husband and I were very surprised It was a delight to deal with Daniela, she exceeded my expectation. I have several of their products, but never had to deal with customer service issues. We are very pleased because the process was smooth and they showed that they can be trusted to find a solution quickly. Thank you to Ms. Daniela for your outstanding service.

I bought this recently and I believe it is a good buy. You will need a set of tools, preferably some power tools and sockets to get it together. It is someone cumbersome for one person to put it together but it can be done. I would recommend. The one downfall is that the post material is somewhat lightweight(which most are) so I don’t know of the longevity of the unit.

Delivered quickly, some of the parts were not marked so putting it together took longer. Other than that my husband loves it so far

Piece of junk. Ripped the head off a bolt while assembling. Then, after triple checking that I assembled it correctly, the part that latches and makes the hoop stay raised doesnt work so its stuck at the lowest setting. Will be returning when i get a chance to disassemble a little bit.
