I bought this goal and it is great. Had a small issue with the rim but they replaced after I provided them with pictures. In fact I gave the wrong email by one letter (miss spelling) and they went the extra mile to reach out to me. The rim arrived. It was a minute but that was because of Covid-19 not anything they did. THhey went above and beyond.

Just when I thought customer service was a lost art I had the pleasure of working with Alessandro. I hope I spelled the name correctly. Not only was the rep able to assist me with my issue, the patience displayed was remarkable. Thank you Lifetime for hiring reps willing to service your customers so efficiently.

Purchased a portable basketball hoop over 7 years ago and recently had an issue with the handle raising and lowering the basket. Through a series of Q & A, the issue was identified and new parts sent out. Saved me from having to purchase an entire new system.

I have had the Lifetime 54” adjustable portable hoop for over a year. The rim unfortunately was damaged in a wind event. The representative from lifetime was so helpful in assisting me through the process. It was very easy and seamless dealing with him.

The quality of this basketball hoop is excellent. It was not easy to put together. The parts can be labeled better to match the book. Also we had to drill a hole bigger for the bolt to fit. My grandsons coach said I made a great choice. I will be playing basketball as well. Thank you for making us happy.

Quality is good, but the instruction manual is poorly written and the parts are not identified very well. The handle assembly was apparently part of a bad batch, but to their credit, Lifetime Customer Service (when I was finally able to get through to them after 19 minutes on hold), offered to send replacement parts. I'll consider updating the review after I receive the parts and finish putting it together.

I bought this several months ago. After limited use, the springs continued to detach and the mechanism for raising and lower the hoop was defective and did not work. The good news is that Lifetime will send out new parts and will pay for a repair person to fix the problem at no charge to me. We will see if the fix works.

Once assembled, this goal is wonderful. But assembly is not easy. The directions are hard to follow so had to go back and redo or start over. The protective pads, the last step, are still not installed as there are no pre-drilled holes in the metal frame. But once together, the goal raises and lowers easily and has provided much-needed activity and entertainment.

I had an issue with my product, and I informed customer service. Ms. Daniela responded immediately. She asked for some photos, I got around to submit them a few weeks later because I was out of town. It's like the same day I sent the pictures to her, I received a reply informing me that the parts were shipped and on the way to me. --it was already in FedEX! Amazing!! My husband and I were very surprised It was a delight to deal with Daniela, she exceeded my expectation. I have several of their products, but never had to deal with customer service issues. We are very pleased because the process was smooth and they showed that they can be trusted to find a solution quickly. Thank you to Ms. Daniela for your outstanding service.

We just put the goal up two weeks ago, but so far we really like it. It’s sturdy and a good size for all ages. It lets up and down very easily - my 7 year old can do it. It was quite simple to put together; it took us about an hour and 45 mins. I am pleased with the purchase.
