Quality is good, but the instruction manual is poorly written and the parts are not identified very well. The handle assembly was apparently part of a bad batch, but to their credit, Lifetime Customer Service (when I was finally able to get through to them after 19 minutes on hold), offered to send replacement parts. I'll consider updating the review after I receive the parts and finish putting it together.

I had an issue with my product, and I informed customer service. Ms. Daniela responded immediately. She asked for some photos, I got around to submit them a few weeks later because I was out of town. It's like the same day I sent the pictures to her, I received a reply informing me that the parts were shipped and on the way to me. --it was already in FedEX! Amazing!! My husband and I were very surprised It was a delight to deal with Daniela, she exceeded my expectation. I have several of their products, but never had to deal with customer service issues. We are very pleased because the process was smooth and they showed that they can be trusted to find a solution quickly. Thank you to Ms. Daniela for your outstanding service.

Just when I thought customer service was a lost art I had the pleasure of working with Alessandro. I hope I spelled the name correctly. Not only was the rep able to assist me with my issue, the patience displayed was remarkable. Thank you Lifetime for hiring reps willing to service your customers so efficiently.

Price is what you pay. Value is what you get..... The product is great and the after sales service is even better. Got a bolt that didn't work and contacted customer services for a replacement. Fast follow up and the new bolt is on its way. The only reason that I give 4 stars because of the installation instruction. Could be improved by better parts description and name of the parts. I notice some bolts & parts in the packages are not exactly the one that need for that section.

My daughter purchased this for my grand son and had me put it together. I screwed up the main pole the couldn’t get it apart so I cut it with a saw and really screwed it up. But when I call to order a new one your customer service was the best I ever had the pleasure to contact. She didn’t charge me for a new pole, which I wasn’t expecting. So thanks u r Great, I spoke to an English speaking person and solved my problem better then I expected. P.S have the directions to build a little clearer and this problem would of never happen.

Bought the basketball goal for my grandson. During assembly I somehow lost the cap to base. Went online to see if I could find replacement part and utilized the live chat feature. Cust svc person told me they would ship one out for free. Wow who does that anymore? Thanks again!

The instructions are crap!! I mean CRAP!! I would never recommend this to anybody. Also, the backboard is cheap. It is like a thin piece of plexiglass. Spend the extra $250 and buy a better one at Dicks or somewhere else. I promise you will not regret it like I did. No way this should have taken my son and I four hours to assemble.

We just put the goal up two weeks ago, but so far we really like it. It’s sturdy and a good size for all ages. It lets up and down very easily - my 7 year old can do it. It was quite simple to put together; it took us about an hour and 45 mins. I am pleased with the purchase.

Impressive quality. A bit tricky to assemble. Already providing hours of fun during Covid quarantine. Was out of stock when I ordered it, however, customer service was prompt in their replies after I inquired of shipment status. Very pleased with this company.

I had my portable basketball hoop 54 inch for about 2yrs now, everything was working fine until yesterday when I saw a couple broken plastic washers on the floor, I figured it was the the spacers that keeps the braces together. I sent an email last night about this issue and got a response at around 10 am the next day from Brenna of customer service that they have already shipped the parts I needed under warranty. I have several lifetime products 3 basketball hoops, one is like around 15 yrs old. 2 outdoor storage sheds. Will keep on patronizing LIfetime due to good quality of their products and amazing customer support.
