Put hoop together and the lever that raisand lowes hoop was broken. The hoop would not stay at the different heights that it was supposed to be able to stop at. The hoop was very expensive and cant even be raised at all. Not happy!

Used the hoop for about a year and it blew over in a storm. Lifetime replaced the backboard. Incredible customer service.
