My only complaint was pole 2 didn't slide in to pole 3 the way it was supposed to. This caused a couple extra hours of work to try to get it to fit. After a bunch of hammering and grinding i finally got it to fit, but not great.

I purchased a 52" Portable basketball hoop and had a missing part. Rian in customer service was excellent and had the part shipped out immediately with no charge. Great quality products and great service!

I needed a replacement part for my basketball hoop and they were quick to locate the part and send it! The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Put hoop together and the lever that raisand lowes hoop was broken. The hoop would not stay at the different heights that it was supposed to be able to stop at. The hoop was very expensive and cant even be raised at all. Not happy!

This is a nice sturdy free standing back board, it took some time to assemble, and required two people for about 25% of it, but it's good quality, definitely better than the one it replaced.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a hoop, received a defective part. Customer service screwed up sending the replacement part multiple times. Your company has wasted my time and I will never buy another product of yours again.

Solid, great value for the price. Instructions were good, but you should read through them first to help avoid mistakes (as is suggested). Kids love it, and I'm big fan. It's fun being able to get shots up again. Ball is life.

Kids love this basketball hoop! It is extremely sturdy. Easy to glide up or down. We used sand, which was difficult to pour in without a large funnel. We can't move it - it's incredibly heavy. ❤️❤️

The goal is a great product but I have been thoroughly impressed by customer service when we needed to order a replacement part due to a tree falling on the goal.

I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the quick response and shipment of missing pieces for my daughters basketball hoop! 2 calls and it was shipped!! Thank Goodness- now she has something to do!!!
