I needed a replacement part for my sons basketball hoop and am clearly out of my league. Trey knew exactly what I needed and made it incredibly simple!

The basketball hoop production is fantastic other than some small issues with the trigger handle to adjust the height of the hoop. Rian in customer service was excellent, had a new handle shipped out right away.

Selected this basketball hoop after a fair amount of research. Assembled nicely, but was missing the trigger for adjustment. Customer Service Rep - Heidi was pleasant & professional. Part will be shipped out today.

The arm that extends the net higher broke and without hesitation and only 1 quick phone call to customer service, our replacement parts are already on the way!!! Great product but even greater service.

I love my goal, it’s sturdy and it wasn’t so hard to put together. If I was able to get it together anybody can. I would recommend this goal to anyone!!

Easy to assemble. Easy to disassemble. Each piece really isn't that heavy. Only heavy when put together which it should be. Love how we can adjust the height to it for the taller kids.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a hoop, received a defective part. Customer service screwed up sending the replacement part multiple times. Your company has wasted my time and I will never buy another product of yours again.

Hoop has been great but unfortunately my spring for the lift handle broke. Contacted customer service to get a replacement and it was handled quickly and effectively!
