The quality of this basketball hoop is excellent. It was not easy to put together. The parts can be labeled better to match the book. Also we had to drill a hole bigger for the bolt to fit. My grandsons coach said I made a great choice. I will be playing basketball as well. Thank you for making us happy.

I had an issue with my product, and I informed customer service. Ms. Daniela responded immediately. She asked for some photos, I got around to submit them a few weeks later because I was out of town. It's like the same day I sent the pictures to her, I received a reply informing me that the parts were shipped and on the way to me. --it was already in FedEX! Amazing!! My husband and I were very surprised It was a delight to deal with Daniela, she exceeded my expectation. I have several of their products, but never had to deal with customer service issues. The goal is a great product but I have been thoroughly impressed by customer service when we needed to order a replacement part due to a tree falling on the goal.

It is perfect for my boys 13 and 15 to shoot baskets in our driveway. It took 2 hours for 2 men to set up, and the best part is how easy it is to change the height of the backboard with a handle.
