Disappointed

Extremely disappointed in the picture quality, I feel like Im watching an old low budget movie. It also will not connect to our phones. And that is why I'm returning.

CUSTUMER SUPPORT WAS EXCELLENT.

HAD A GREAT EXPERINCE SETTING UP MY TV. THE CUSTOMERE REP KARL WHO HELPED ME SETUP MY TV WAS EXCELLENT. WAS VERY HELP FULL. THE TV IS VERY BRIGHT WITH GOOD COLOR.

For normal use it's okay but for 4k videos its not

It cant play 4k video on you tube. It freezes so many times. It not Because internet speed. Its due to its processing capacity. I think I will either go for samsung or sony. So atleast they will not freeze while playing 4k videos.

Poor quality picture

Picture is very pixelated. Even on its home screen words are blurry and have halos. It is very bright though.
