Audio issues

Have has the TV for one week now. The audio clips, sometimes more than others. Software and firmware updated during setup. Have tried numerous adjustments and settings. Nothing has alleviated the issue. Emailed TCL 3 days ago and have not heard back from them. Has made watching TV irritating instead of enjoyable. Planning on returning TV and looking at a different manufacturer. Old Visio was rock solid compared to this.

Don't Buy

The TV worked well for the first four months, but then the display started showing green bars moving up and down unexpectedly. I contacted customer service to address the issue, but the experience was disappointing. I was told that the display must have been damaged by me, which voided the warranty, even though the TV is wall mounted and I handled the TV carefully and it had no visible damage. The lack of support and refusal to honor the warranty were frustrating, especially given the cost of $300. I would not recommend this TV based on my experience. Improved customer service and clearer warranty policies would go a long way toward addressing such issues.
