Excellent mix of colby and monterey jack with a real kick that leaves you wanting more, whether in tacos, quesadillas or just to snack on with beer or frozen margaritas! Why all Sam's stores do not carry it is beyond me! Bought it in Cape Coral, FL store and I was disappointed that Sam's does not have it at my local store!

Was looking for something spicier than run-of-the-mill pepper jack cheese -- and I found it, but didn't care for it. I like my heat (and grow my own Carolina Reapers), bit found the heat and smoke tones almost hid the flavor of the cheese. Moreover, I don't care for the flavor balance -- but that's just a personal preference. If you like smoky flavored, really hot peppers and the flavor of the cheese is secondary, this is probably worth a try.
