This cheese is spicy. Hot snake spicy. Melts great, perfect for enchiladas or quesadillas. But I do warn you, there might be repercussions if you eat too much of this cheese. Having said that, shred a little bit of this in your homemade mac and cheese and get crazy! It is delicious.

For what you pay, this is an outstanding cheese. It's got a good taste. You get a significant amount of it and overall I'd say it's pretty high-quality. When they talk about it being flaming, I'll definitely give it credit. It is way more spicier than pepper jack. It is a lot closer to like a Tabasco sauce level of heat.

This cheese has the brilliance of jalapeños that made me add it to our next list, before there was a list! (hope this does not raise the price cause it gets sold too quickly)

This is now one of my favorite cheeses! It has great colby jack flavor but with the added spicy kick. It is a savory treat and has lasted for 3 weeks already and still tastes great.

I thought I would give this a try and it was very surprising. It has a great taste. The kick is not too bad. Very good.

I bought this for my wife & I because she loves hot cheese, popcorn etc. My wife initially thought this cheese was too mild and I thought it was too hot but now we've both come to love this cheese. It does have a nice hot burn to it. Lovers of super hot spicy foods may be slightly disappointed with this cheese but the taste is real good and still hot versus super hot with little taste. We will definitely being buying this brand again.

I was hoping this would be a cheese with great flavor and a good burn. I was disappointed. It tastes fine but not premium. It is hardly flaming. My tolerance for spicy is pretty high though so some might disagree. There are definitely better spicy cheese offerings out there.

Love the taste. Love the heat. Stomach exploded on the toilet. God was called forth. Buy extra toilet paper with it.
