Difficult to eat, and absolutely destroyed my digestion. Way too many hot pepper seeds in it. I threw it in the trash. Wasted money.

Absolutely one of the best blends for hot cheese on the market. Great for chili or melting over Mexican dishes. Not for the timid!

This cheese grows on you! At first I didn’t think I’d like it! Bought it a couple times, now addicted to it!!! Just the right enough heat!

This cheese is very good! It doesn't last long when my husband sees that I bought it. It has a nice hot flavor but not overpowering.

Do not buy this cheese! You will never be able to return to any other cheese! It is so good that is has ruined all other brands of Colby jack cheese.

This is my family's favorite cheese. We eat it plain, add it to soups, salads, veggies, eggs, quesadillas, and many other things. We buy it almost every shopping trip and grieve when it's not available.
