Cheese great on burgers

Was looking for something spicier than run-of-the-mill pepper jack cheese -- and I found it, but didn't care for it. I like my heat (and grow my own Carolina Reapers), bit found the heat and smoke tones almost hid the flavor of the cheese. Moreover, I don't care for the flavor balance -- but that's just a personal preference. If you like smoky flavored, really hot peppers and the flavor of the cheese is secondary, this is probably worth a try.
