the product worked ok out of the box. everyone that talks about how unresponsive or slow the remote is - spot on... worse i've had at lagging behind your remote clicks. also it's several times lost all connection with my wifi which my computers or phones have not, so i know there's nothing wrong with my wifi router. it's as if the tv just loses all idea that it was connected to wifi and starts over with setup. very annoying.... we'll see if and for how long it stays on and connected this time. i really don't like the way that the tv comes on with samsungtv crap - just want to be able to customize the buttons on startup and haven't found a way so far. the picture/color etc. - meh, it's ok too. maybe i can't expect much from a cheap tv, right?

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance and address your issue with remote response time. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care Lastly, you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > General > Smart Features When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off. I hope this tip helps. Good value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not had a bad experience thus far. It is a good value and performs acceptably in it's class. The sound is only average but I expected that. I stream everything. No cable. It is doing well with the wifi reception but had trouble getting it to work with 5ghz. It was constantly buffering. Your service person says it is designed to accept 2.4ghz. I changed that and it is working beautifully. However, that was not written anywhere. Overall, it is definitely 4 star.
Does what it's supposed to

I'd say load times switching between input devices are somewhat slow from time to time, but overall it's not too big of a problem. I have my own streaming device, so I have not tired the built-in options.
Awesome tv recommend to anybody
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv for gaming and ofcourse watching tv I use streaming services. When it goes to 60 frames sometimes it can't keep up I would say but I am using Wi-Fi instead of a landline. The picture is amazing though it's perfect for all your entertainment needs. The best feature to me is the standby phase I use a Apple TV 4K device and my ps5 wen I cut either of them off the tv automatically goes into stand by or turns off. Then no matter the device you turn it on the tv comes on and automatically goes to that devices input. I highly recommend this product.
The size and picture is Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really glad I purchased the Samsung 64inch crystal tv, I love the feature, the colors are bright and vibrant, the size is great, I also like the apps that came with it, and that I am able to download additional apps, when I am watching his Samsung TV, 65 Inc, feels like I am in a movie theater.
Blown away
i thought my previous tv by hisense which was almost 6 years old had a good picture. then i received this one as a fathers day gift and was blown away. the picture is phenomenal, os is very responsive, apps are plentiful and work flawlessly. i love my new tv.
Sound is Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first few times we used the TV we couldn't figure out what the noise was, we would mute the TV and it would go away. Unmuted and we realized how amazing the sound was, seems like you are actually witnessing the sporting events live.
Spectacular Picture and Incredible Price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this television to replace a smaller, more expensive set. As soon as it was set up, I was blown away not only by the incredible picture, but also the ease of use and surprisingly, the great sound it delivers. The dark background creates a crisp, clear picture that literally jumps out at me no matter what channel I'm watching. My old set sounded like noise inside a tin can compared to it and I still wonder how they were able to get this awesome sound out of such a thin television. Maybe the best thing about this set was the price, however. I knew Samsung was a decent brand so when I saw it was priced close to several "lesser" brands, I jumped at buying it and have never looked back.
Great picture

Plus, the SmartThings app helps you turn the tv on and off straight from your phone, and you can schedule actions. The base stand it comes with is also sturdy and sleek.
It's okay
i think it has a nice picture and its thin ans low profile, but the menu is quite cumbersome and for thr lofe of me i can't get the remote to work with my xfinity cable box. i've tried to uninstall and reinstall the remote multiple times. it will work for a short period and then it stops. so frustrating. the sound is also a bit subpar. definitely worse than the lg it replaced.
