Great purchase!

i was amazed when we set up this tv and first turned it on; the picture quality difference from our old lg was immediately noticeable. it was a great price point, a very easy set-up, and has amazing quality! the only two minor cons are i can't seem to connect the smart tv with a few apps i wanted to add, and we still have to use our directv remote to change the channel, which isn't ideal. but minor hindrances compared to the pros of this tv!

Tv with great features

A key feature that I look for in a tv is 4k and the tu7000 delivers with and stunning crystal clear image. Not to mention the HDR this tv offer. The colors look bright and vibrant which I am very happy about. I also enjoy all the streaming services this tv offer like Disney plus and Netflix. This tv is a must have and would recommend to anyone!

Great TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been a great bonus to our house! It has only 2 HDMI ports, the fact that it works with Alexa, Google, and Apple AirPlay makes up for it! It's got Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube integrated already too. I love how vibrant all the colors are - everything just pops! I'm super happy with this TV!!!

Price was right for TV. Some areas of concern are the picture was not bright. I was unable to brighten the screen as it seemed that I was watching the movie in darkness. The biggest problem for me was the lack of outlets in the back to hook up hearing sids, separate sound systems, Dvd player, vcr player, game outlets, and cd player all at one time.

If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. I recommend using Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness, Contrast, and more. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. I also recommend looking into adapters that will allow for more HDMI or USB ports if you need to utilize more ports than the TU7000 TV offers. Samsung Crystal TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy Samsung's tvs they're always high quality and have an ecosystem of products that can share features with the TV. The image quality is clear and colors bloom brightly when I watch Netflix or play on my xbox. The sound quality surprised me when I first used the TV speakers, it sounds great rivaling even some high quality sound boards. The crystal TV is overall a great TV with crystal clear picture😉 and crisp audio that I don't even need to buy a separate audio system. My only major complaint is the menu. I'm not sure if it's only me but the menu is soooo slow. I press to move to another app and it takes a solid 5 to 6 seconds for it to respond and even slower when first turning it on for the day. I checked the storage and it only has like 47 megabytes out of 2 gb left of free space. Most apps you cannot delete to free up space and that's my only guess to why it's so slow and unresponsive like cold starting an old Ford in the dead of winter. If they could address that issue I would leave a higher rating. Otherwise this is a great TV especially for families.

Great Value

I love the new remote but it does take time to get used to. The one down side is that my old Samsung sound bar will not connect to my new TV via bluetooth hence the 4 star rating.

This was an upgrade for sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started using this model as an upgrade to my urgent tv. The colors are vivid, it was able to attach to my current wall mount, sound is great, love the addition of Bluetooth tech, thought it was 120hz, which is the purpose I bought it, but it's only 120 true motion 60 hz which with my Xbox one series x, I wanted to see the new refresh rate, but at a good deal I'm going to keep it. Samsung always is a true, stand up brand, always.

Samsung Tech Doesn't Apply in Real Life

i had a comprehensive and constructive review written, one that i believe could be helpful; unfortunately it did not meet the 800-character guideline. Rather than try and contact me about the problems I have with their product, the company chose to delete my review. The TV operating system is terribly problematic (I've been able to find online commentary that it is just Samsung's technology). It requires a system restart every week or so. As noted in the title, those of use living in real world simply don't have time for that nonsense. My inexpensive Roku TVs work much better. The remote design is illogical too, for what it's worth.

Great Quality
