Awesome tv! Truly beautiful, crisp, clear picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is sharp and clear. Very high quality rendering without lagging or tearing on all games(when used as monitor). TV reception is great, channel search is relatively quick and sensitive, even finds the low power stations. The HD channels are clear, bright, and intense action looks remarkable! The price?? Even better, truly outstanding quality, and value!

Does everything I need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV does everything I need it to and was a great value, it has all the major streaming apps and the Samsung tv plus experience is a nice bonus. It has a good picture and switching to different sources is super convenient. The only trouble I've had with it is I've noticed that it's not super intuitive for guests so far as switching apps or searching for shows but they usually figure it out pretty quickly.

Great sound and picture clarity! Poor software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is amazing and the surround sound is great ! So much better than the roku tv I had before. I play warzone and if I just use the tv's sound I can tell if the footsteps are coming from the right or left. On the Roku TV I needed to use headphones.

picture gave out in 6 months

i bought a tv in november of 2020...it is now july 2021 and i am unable to enjoy my tv...the picture has gone out and has a black screen. unbelievable that already it has quit. i probably wont waste my time or money on buying another one. i'm going on a month now waiting for parts to be delivered and to be repaired.

Great picture and easy set up!

after checking which smart tvs were good values, i decided on samsung. i purchased it online and delivery was quick and all parts arrived in excellent condition. while the instruction manual was kind of skimpy, there were plenty of youtube videos about setting it up. it was also easy to add an antenna for local channels, and the smartthings app did the heavy lifting for setting up the specifics for netflix and primevideo. and the picture? wow! i feel like i can reach out and touch the people and things displayed on the tv. i haven't hooked up the sound bar yet, but the sound from the tv itself is just fine for my needs. glad i purchased it.

Love it!

Great TV for a Great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for something that wouldn't break the bank, yet provide a quality image for the size. This TV is perfect, have not had any issues what so ever. Purchased in November of 2021. I love the ability to connect apps directly on the TV, makes easy to watch different streaming services. Would definitely recommend for those that are looking for a larger TV that won't break the bank.

I hate this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV the first I still have and I like it but this one I hate. This TV is too dark and will not get any brighter I have all the settings as high as I can and some movies are impossible to watch they are so dark you can't see them. I have read reviews from other owners and they say the same thing the TV is too dark and will be my last Samsung product. By the way I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer and gave them away after only a couple years they were junk also.

Oldgolfer: I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. True garbage television.

upgraded from off brand tvs thinking samsung wouldn't let me down. wow, was i wrong. this is the biggest piece of junk tv i've ever had the unfortunate experience of owning. within a few months, i've had it crash, freeze, apps stop working and i have to reset the entire tv to get them functional again, it randomly loses wireless connection and won't reconnect even though every other wireless device in my house is running fine. also, the volume is a joke... you'll be able to hear music thumping away while watching something, but you sure as heck won't hear the voices. try the amplify volume feature? louder thumpy music, still can't hear talking. the only good thing about this tv: the picture quality is pretty nice and has good color.

Television is great product for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very clear and bright, especially beautiful picture for gaming and Streaming 4K movies on Amazon, Netflix and Fandango. Speaker is loud also, I only have played volume up to 50 and I hear rumbles and effects and bass effects.
