I was pleased with how easy it was to connect to the internet. I am looking forward to playing around with the features. I won't own a TV unless it is smart ever again!

i purchased this tv to replace a tcl that had gone bad after several years of service. this tv provided a better picture and decent streaming functionality however apps like hulu would sometimes fail to launch or work at all. after owning this tv for just 7 months it broke. it is stuck in a boot cycle where you can see it turn on, then the backlight goes to full brightness and then the tv turns itself off again and just repeats this cycle.

The fact that the TV meshes so easily with my service provider is a plus that I was not expecting, but am grateful for.

The remote is hard to navigate, especially in low light. I almost always hit the wrong button and usually its the return button. I really didn't find anything new and interesting apps to download either. P

My teens love the apps and the ease of use....I love the picture when I'm catching my favorite Chicago teams play. Very nice flesh tones when I'm catching my favorite series as well. Easy to figure out the Remote and easy to figure out menus and fast at downloading multiple Apps and multiple TV channels. Samsung's memory remembers your addresses and passwords allowing you fast access. Easy to hook up devices through WIFI but also has enough Ports to connect for directly connecting cameras, camcorders, etc. There is also an Ethernet connection if you wish. Very Good Display and Good Picture with all the features that anyone needs for anything. In conclusion, I have bought other brands that were crappy that don't even last 3 months . Samsung TVs offer all the features, are long lasting and durable. Nothing ever goes wrong, you just find more that you get in a Samsung TV than any other TV. Samsung TVs get A++'s

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this model, which is my 4th Samsung t.v. in my home. Everything is great, except the remote is from the 90s. All my other Samsung t.v. have the sleek, slimline, 7 button/2 toggle switch remote. I am extremely disappointed having to use a 100 button (exaggerated, but not) remote on my newest t.v. I also purchased the recommended sound bar and love it too.
