[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was originally going to buy the TU8000 Crystal UHD TV 50-in. There was a deal with the 43-in TU7000 and went with that purchase instead. For the money this is a very good TV. There's a clear contrast between light and dark colors. The clarity is very good for what it is, now it's not a QLED TV but I think it's a very good value overall. I would recommend this TV to anyone that want a 4K TV but don't want to pay it very high price for it. I would definitely say there is a delay between switching between apps and it is not incredibly smooth process but it still works.

I purchased the 43" Crystal UHD TU7000 TV 1 month ago. The tv has a good picture but the sound is horrible. I have to turn it up to between 75-100 in order to hear it. I have tried every option in the audio settings to fix it. Didn't help. I tried adding a sound bar but the Bluetooth connection only worked with live tv not the streaming services. (Why should I have to buy a sound bar anyway?!) The remote has a bad design and no voice search. The fast forward, reverse, pause and play are all the way down at the bottom. It's all but impossible to hold the remote and reach those buttons. Since I mainly watch streaming, that's a big minus. I love samsung products, but this one stinks! I dread packing it up to send it back.

Purchased a little over four months ago, and started having problems with sound right away. Then, I would notice little blips, zigzags, pixelations, etc. in the picture that were just momentary. Now they are getting more frequent and longer. After so much research, turned out to be a terrible purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very clear and bright, especially beautiful picture for gaming and Streaming 4K movies on Amazon, Netflix and Fandango. Speaker is loud also, I only have played volume up to 50 and I hear rumbles and effects and bass effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is my second Samsung and it is amazing. It was extremely easy to set up. It picked up on my firestick, my new Blu-ray player immediately and I didn't have to put in endless codes to make anything connect. I no longer have cable TV and rely on the internet to watch TV. The TV station guide has many enjoyable stations and even includes weather and news channels. Overall I think this TV was a perfect purchase for me. Not overly expensive and the quality is there. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love this TV, the ability to be able to change the video settings, helps with certain gameplay and going into game mode on this TV. I makes all of my games look realistic, especially playing on the PS4 movies look great as well, especially the newer movies that have the Blu-ray look amazing and it also looks well to my sound bar. I have over a no complaints. I love my TV. I would definitely buy another. I love how flat it is. Meaning The Bezels around the side of the screen aren't as wide as some other companies I've had overall like I said, good experience would buy another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has really be an amazing addition to the family with schooling and entertainment, easy connections with phone mirroring as well as pc connection, even more with easy turn on with ps4 and ps5 with its easy connect, I just got a 55 inch as well but this time with Bixby! I am super excited for my purchases, samsung is all I get with tv and phones.

this thing is massive. upgraded to the 82" after a vr gaming accident prematurely ended the life of my beautiful 65" curved set. the mount arrived and i began installing. that's where the issue lies.....this is why i gave it 4 stars. the tv is so large that you cannot grab the set to swivel or push to adjust. the set "feels" flimsy if you try to push/pull or adjust the swivel mount. so my set will be staying put. i love the different modes and settings (same as my old curved set). my existing soundbar and sub easily connected. one other feature that would have been nice: if it also included the one connect from samsung. i would recommend to anyone!!
