i have only had this tv a couple weeks so i cannot say a lot about the durability. so far i'm really pleased with my purchase. the picture quality and sound quality are really a step up from my previous tv. i have a freestanding tv mount and was able to get it hooked up to the back of this tv without any issues. i am by no means a tv expert but i was able to set this tv up right out of the box without any issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was boxed well and was easy to set up. It has an excellent picture. The remote is easy to use, but could be designed a little more ergonomically for the controls that are used the most. For example, the DVR buttons (fast forward, rewind, pause, etc.) could be larger and located in an easier to find area of the remote than the very bottom. And the direct tune number buttons at the top of the remote are sometimes a little non-responsive. Otherwise, I really like this TV and all of its features.

The features are awesome and the quality is unparalleled. I bought this tv for my den and if I ever need (want) another tv for another room I will definitely be buying Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research I decided to buy this TV as my first smart tv and after almost two months of usage I have to say I am quite satisfied with the features of this television. The thin sleek boundary makes it look very elegant. It has all the capabilities you would expect from of a smart television. It's internet browser is quite straight forward and easy to use because it has a mouse pointer. The display resolution, contrast and brightness are all amazing. There are only two reasons why I took a star off for my review. For some reason the TV cannot catch satellite signals. Nobody needs satellite channels these days but I was hoping to catch some local channels but I guess I can get an external antenna for that. Secondly if there's a light turned on in front of the screen then you would definitely see the glare, therefore, you would have to turn the lights off in front of the screen but I guess that is expected from a television in this price range. Nevertheless it effects the user experience. All in all its a great television and I hope to continue using it for many years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture on my Crystal HD TV. When I watch sports however, the ESPN bottom line is blurry for a small portion of the message. Not too great. Overall, if you don't watch sports, this TV should work well. TP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself looks amazing as well as build quality but some of the internals are not so good. I recently had my first one fail due to a power board, I only had the TV for about 2 months. I got a new one with some hassle through Samsung and this one is alright. I have to reset my network every single I turn my TV back on or else it won't connect to the internet. Other than that it looks amazing and is pretty thin.

Got this tv in mid December 2022 and I'm not really happy with it. I had a 65” Amazon fire tv Omni Series before this one and the fire tv beats this tv all day long. I purchased the fire tv in the summer and I was having some blurry issues with it. I thought it was the tv since it wasn't a well none tv like lg or Samsung so I purchased this Samsung tu7000. Once I got the Samsung hooked up, it was having the same issues as the fire tv so it must be shows or the internet or something. I find the picture on this new Samsung really dark. I have it set to standard but it's just really dark, and if I put it on dynamic, it's to bright and I find it glares sometime. My other Samsung tvs are way brighter on the standard mode, not sure why this tu7000 is so dark. The sound isn't as good as my other samsung tvs either, which is disappointing but it's a lot better than the fire tv. The fire tv was a lot easier to use with Alexa. I purchased the tu7000 because it said it worked with Alexa, But the remote didn't have a voice button. So I'm not exactly sure what works with Alexa means. I purchased an Amazon echo dot and tried to hook it up to the tv but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm going to call in and see if I can get some help with that. But overall, yes I'm disappointed in this tv. And I'm very disappointed if I can't get Alexa to work to change the volume, turn tv off and on, change apps, pause, rewind etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm usually a VIZIO type of guy but this time decides to go with Samsung. Oh boy, was this the right decision!! I've never seen a picture so clear. The home menu is easy to navigate through apps. The speed in which it goes from app to app is amazing as well. I also love gaming on this TV because it brings everything to life. I'm definitely looking to upgrade my living room TV to Samsung in a month or two. I will never buy another brand TV other than Samsung from now on. Thanks Samsung!!!!! :)
