TV hasn't had any odd things happening with it and works perfectly. The picture is crystal clear and resolution is phenomenal. This is the best pictured TV we have ever owned.
Next-Gen TV without breaking the bank!

Extremely responsive, access to all of the latest apps, and able to stream from Samsung devices AND Apple devices via Airplay. I really enjoy the feature where you simply tap your Galaxy device on the side of the TV to initiate Smartview. Great picture as is the case with all Samsung displays. Don't miss out!
Poor Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would not have purchase this TV , it has poor volume on it . You have to max out the volume to be able to hear and that is still not loud enough . I will never purchase a Samsung TV or any other product again.

Please know we are here to help you. There are several features you can adjust that may help resolve your issue with low volume. 1. Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On. 2. Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3. Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. Finally, please ensure your Firmware is up to date. Third Samsung TV in one year
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the endless apps that are available, the quick setup options for most apps, the recoding feature for shows and series. The picture is amazing from any angle. Smartly designed with flat power plug, multiple types of ports, easy onscreen setup, simple leg design and attachment. wifi connection works super well. Don't think I'll buy any other brand from now on.
Great picture, lots of Smart Apps
i had an older tv that was getting cranky and shutting off randomly. it also didn't have the new apps like disney+ and hbomax. this one does and was easy to set up. now i can watch cable, stream any video i like and do it in really high quality. it also looks great on the wall.

Looks great and is perfect size, BUT...
...i am rather disappointed by the apparent lack of a typical, normal audio out jack (by which i could run sound through my beloved old kenwood rack system — like i *did* with my previous samsung 36-in smarttv... it was an amazing combo.) i guess removing the audio jack is considered to be "progress"? (coz they take up soooo much space? ha!) i suppose maybe i could stream my services through my old ps3, running sound from it to the kenwood, but that kinda defeats the whole "new smart tv" thing... sigh.

Great image, extremely slow performance
we purchased this model for our living room, its big enough to make a statement but doesn't swallow the attention of the room. packaging was well thought out and made it extremely easy to unpack without worry of damage. easy mobile set up / log in for apps as well. only downside is the performance is very slow. buttons take a long time to respond, sound continues to play after “pause” is pushed. initial loading of apps is slow. we have 2 other smart tvs (not operating at the sane time) that have had no issues with speed. otter than that, great design /price.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. Hands down best TV EVER
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now I usually don't bother giving out credit of recognition with everyday products. Cause there are thousands of them already anyway. But this TV deserves an award. We got it because they originally didn't have our intended TV which was still Samsung but the curved TV version. Well they were sold out. I was disappointed but we had already planned movie night for our first night together in our new home as a family for once, so they offered this to me saying it was similar features, a like similar product ( I don't see how ones curves the other isn't, but moving forward) I bought it and went straight to my truck. ( side note as I was leaving the store, a couple was unloading their vehicle a TV to return and what do you know it was the first TV i wanted) I chuckled as if it was a sign saying that could've been me. Immediately opening the box I was blown away at the size of this TV. I'm a good 6 ft 2 so in comparison I was so intrigued by its size I had to play around with it. OMG. The clarity, the crisp sounds it produced, the colors stopped me dead in my track with a dumb look on my face jaw dropped and all I felt like a kid Christmas morning. I set everything up, tweaked it to our liking and it's been a blessing since. Samsung couldn't make a terrible product even if they tried. Everyone else needs to step their game up if they want a chance to compete. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself for once to something worth every penny spent.Haven't you been through enough ?
