Great for a dorm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wireless connectivity is lovely to pop up a zoom meeting onto. Works great with xbox series x for 4k - and detects it easily - just make sure to enable Input Signal Plus for it, and auto game mode. This is the second TV of this line I've bought - the first one being the 55inch, which has been going strong for a year and a half now!

Better Simple printed User Manual would help

Lack of a phono jack for a new set of Sony headphones caused a week of running around to finally find a supplier that had an adaptor. Setting up the headphones via "settings" and "source" is also a bit of a rambling down the road type of experience. Have you ever heard of "keep it simple" for those that are not geeks i.e. about 80% of your purchasers. We eventually figure it out but you could sure make it a better experience. Just my opinion.

On again Off again

shortly after the warranty expired so did the tv. cuts off and on every few seconds. can't stop that from happening without unplugging the tv. useless now. went through all the troubleshooting steps and online tricks. just not working. have to buy a new one not sure it will be a samsung product.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly, and that the troubleshooting steps you have attempted did not resolve the issue. Please try a few additional trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you towards a solution or replacement. so far so good, couple concerns

trying samsung after 10 yrs with vizio which i loved and still works amazingly, however, i tried samsung, my experience thus far is interface lags, skips and jumps a lot, kind of slow. picture is great after loading time even with direct ethernet connect. vizio was instant hd picture even on wifi. i expected some differences, but to me samsung could use a boast of speed and smoother navigation of the interface for the technology and price of the tv.

Great Price

had a 4k smart sony bravia 55 that tanked after only 5 years. bought my 55 class tu7000 4k smart for 1/3rd of the sony price. only real problem is on me. i did not check and when setting up later found there are only 2 hdmi's! tv's in this age can't have 2. what with blu-ray, sound bar, & cable you need 3 minimum. do your homework and check before buying any tv.

I hate this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV the first I still have and I like it but this one I hate. This TV is too dark and will not get any brighter I have all the settings as high as I can and some movies are impossible to watch they are so dark you can't see them. I have read reviews from other owners and they say the same thing the TV is too dark and will be my last Samsung product. By the way I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer and gave them away after only a couple years they were junk also.

Oldgolfer: I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. GREAT TV FOR FAMILY VIEWING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for sports and to stream my Netflix YouTube TV HBO max and my baby girl actually loves watching Disney plus on the TV this TV helps us so much with our daughter it's clear and the picture is so good she zones out in it for hours lol great for family use I MEAN I LOVE THIS SO MUCH I'm moving this one to my bedroom and I'm getting a size or 2 up for my living room because I really don't want anything g else all the things this TV does there's no need for a different brand

Features I love about my Samsung

The one feature I love is that I can watch almost anything from my iPhone. I purchased this TV for the bedroom and I love it. I am going to replace my current television's with a Samsung .

Great viewing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually have a Samsung Curve 55" TV. I love my TV. Accessing the apps are very easy and fast. I think the remote control features can use an upgrade. Entering letters on the keyboard using the remote control can be long and frustrating especially if the wrong password or user is incorrect. You guys could start adding the picture in picture feature on more of your TV's. But still I love the TV. I'm trying to make my home all Samsung TV's.
