[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just needed a bigger TV, my boyfriend got one and had a good experience so I ordered one. Nice image quality. Volume is alright, it's good but some apps need the volume up higher. Remote functionality is slow and laggy at first but has gotten better after a few months (installation guys said it should be a few days or a week or so). Would get five stars if phone remote app was more functional, if the navigation was not laggy at all, and if volume was more consistent. Still 4 stars because it's a pretty good tv, probably the 1st or 2nd best ive owned out of 5 or 6 at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a new TV, and found this gem! 65" 4k 120htz refresh! Fell in love. Great quality, brightness, and clarity! Samsung delivers with this TV! My family and I watch older movies, yeah horror fans, as well as newer movies, and shows. Regardless of viewings, Crystal clear picture, and sound is unmatched. The motion looks like you are actually there. I have purchased two more, one for my brother, and a friend.

I also enjoy that the TV is a smart TV it has all my steaming apps that i use like Netflix and Hulu. I also enjoy using the operating system it work perfectly no problems. The TV also look good when its in game mode it looks like the game is in real life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the Samsung as our main TV for cable & streaming. We enjoy the picture and other TVs aren't quite as nice as this one. The only problem we have is using closed captioning isn't working for us.

this has a nice crisp picture on 4k content and helps alot of standard def look great as well but the hdr is a little lack of detail as it goes to dark in that aspect a dolby vision would be better as it gets brighter would be nice a firmware upgrade in the future is possible to include dolby vision if possible but still a nice picture..took some getting used to on the remote its not that bad of a lag as others have said in my experience at least if it gets loaded down while doing other processes it lags a bit and upgrading the firmware in the beginning was iffy because not enough storage space but i used a flash drive and downloaded it from a pc and installed fine that way...but overall im satisfied with my product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today's TV market is saturated with quality video quality tvs and the SamSung TU7000 doesn't disappoint when it comes to picture. Just like so many sets that have their own technology to smooth out fast moving pictures from looking blurry that effect is un-natural to me so I always disable it. The description of it and how to get to it within the setting is not very fort coming but if you are using to removing it like myself it will be easy to find. The design is amazing its very light way so easy to hang on a wall or entertainment center mount. The picture spans from 1 edge to another. The frame is so thin its barley noticeable. The picture is definitely the star of the show. 2 items caused me to subtract 1 star. The Navigation/Select/Power Button. Yes Button. there is 1 button to cycle through menus so if you pass you go all the way around then to make selection you have to hold it in. So when you first select the button the menu comes up then you cycle around to power and hold it down. If you miss press it will go to next menu and you will have to cycle through back to power. This time making sure to HOLD it down. Not great sorry samsung I know you are saving space, but buttons on the side or back by connections would be much better and easier to navigate when you can't find your remote after your kids got through with using the tv. Next comes the UI. Its pretty straight forward, but it definitely has some hesitation. That you can sort of live with most settop boxes have the same lag, but when are highlighted on an App you can only tell its highlighted because it blows up the icon. This enlarged icon view is very subtle and easy to miss especially for those in my family who need glasses. Not hard of sight friendly. Once you get your app. Tips I would recommend. Use a contrasting color board to show which app you are highlighted on. Improved UI speed (add RAM if necessary). Add a 3rd HDMI. We have 2 gaming consoles and a Media Player. Yes we have to use the media player because of an app that streams our local news not available within Samsung's App Store. Finally I don't get why its a 58inch versus adding a full 60 it feels like they would save more money when making 1 standard 60" model versus 58 and 60. I'm sure its to save money for consumer which is a great plus. Great HD 4K picture and for that reason alone I will recommend it.

I was able to integrate my Amazon FireStick really well and it has an amazing picture. I also like the easy Spotify and Netflix integration without having to use the FireStick at all.

The features are great (built in apps, easy setup, etc.) but at the end of the day how a big game looks in HD is what it's all about and this one totally hits the mark. I couldn't be happier and you will be too!
