Ease of use

worst remote ive seen. very hard to navigate through to get to apps. some apps dont load at all, some common apps wont open. seems to favor their own apps over mine for ease of entry. cheap tcl i had before was easier to use and worked as good for less money. actual tv works fine if you can find your apps

Easy set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is used for OTA local broadcast viewing (with rooftop antenna) as well as WIFI streaming Prime, Netflix, Discovery +, etc. Very pleased with the ease to get set up and ready for entertainment viewing. Picture quality is pretty good and sound is better than I expected for an entry-level TV. We did eventually add a soundbar to enhance the audio. I made a mistake during initial set up when doing clock settings and mi-understood the daylight savings option. Now, since the time change, when I pull up the viewing guide, all the times are an hour off. For some reason, the settings menu option for time won't let me adjustments and so as far as I know I can't fix this outside of doing a complete reset and starting over. No thanks, I'll live with it. Another catch I encountered was when the TV somehow stopped reading the Firestick I have in one of the HDMI slots. I did eventually figure out how to get to it through the "home" menu so all is now good (even though you don't need the Firestick because Prime is an option right on the Samsung remote!). One last thing I noticed is that the display is VERY reflective, so we have to be careful not to have a table lamp or floor lamp that can be reflected in our viewing "angles." I don't know if other types of screens would be different. Overall, I am pleased with this TV and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a smart TV that won't break your bank.

Great picture, Great sound!

i finally moved out of the stone ages, and bought my first smart tv! so far i am loving it, all my services in one location! no more hunting for the remote, only to find it and realize it's not the one you need. my only complaint is that sometimes it won't turn on, at all. the only thing that fixes it, is to unplug it for about 10 seconds. what's up with that, samsung?

Love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is fabulous. This was my first time trying a "Smart" tv. The TV connected to the internet really easily. My apps downloaded wonderfully. There were even channels that I caught automatically with the tv. It's pretty neat.

Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was originally going to buy the TU8000 Crystal UHD TV 50-in. There was a deal with the 43-in TU7000 and went with that purchase instead. For the money this is a very good TV. There's a clear contrast between light and dark colors. The clarity is very good for what it is, now it's not a QLED TV but I think it's a very good value overall. I would recommend this TV to anyone that want a 4K TV but don't want to pay it very high price for it. I would definitely say there is a delay between switching between apps and it is not incredibly smooth process but it still works.

DOES NOT WORK WELL WITH FIOS

The volume on the tv kept getting stuck at the fixed position. Would reset everything and. the next day, it would happen again. This is after having television one week. Called Verizon and Samsung. No resolution. The tv had a nice picture. This was my first SAMSUNG and will likely not buy again. Oh, and because I got rid of the box, Sam's would not allow return.

I'm a Samsung girl forever!

We use our amazing TVs for watching movies on family movie nights, we all own the latest Samsung Smartphones and enjoy the productivity and speed the smartphones offer. Even our refrigerator is a Samsung Family Hub fridge - and we love it! What else can I say - WE LOVE SAMSUNG!

Picture is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great on my TV but if you are going to Download and watch channels on your TV instead of using a Roku, buy a different TV. Some channels stop in the middle of the show and exit out of the channel entirely. Then when you go back into the channel, it refuses to play.

Multipurpose
