I got this TV recently and as against the reviews I have read about it, I was wowed. Not only is this product the exact description and experience, I get to enjoy a seamless and easy to understand functioning from it. I don't have to read a manual or a book to use this amazing box. It just comes to me and I love it everyday. If you can get this, please do and have the best feeling of a television experience.

Actually I'm not too happy with it. First it was turning off and on for about 2 weeks, then I had sound but no picture. Now I have nothing. As of last weekend no picture and no sound. The little power light on the bottom goes on for a few seconds then off then it flickers and repeats. The tv is only 2.5 years old. Right now I'm using my Panasonic plasma which I got in 2004 and works perfectly.

Great TV nice clarity, colour, black levels and good smart interface. Currently using as a computer monitor which provides me with clear typesets which was what my main purpose to the TV was. It replaces a 1080p Samsung which was also a good set but wanted clearer type. My old samsung was reliable and hope this one will be as well.

It's not a bad tv. I has an amazing picture compared to my last tv, which was not that great. We have roku and some of the apps are not available on this smart tv. We also have spectrum and I've had to unplug the tv and plug it back in because that app would not open for some reason.(hopefully not it won't be a continuing glitch) I am still learning the ins and outs of the tv but so far I am not dissatisfied with it. It is the perfect size for our living room (55”)

Great size, crystal clear, truly awesome picture. But WARNING: Samsung doesn't provide out-of-the-box detailed instructions. Yes, the TV is easy to set up, but the company needs to warn us the screen's film MUST NOT be removed. The film is part of the HD, so removing it will ruin the TV. Ours came with a tiny nick in it, and I started to remove it but went to the internet first to ask how. Only then did I find out the film is permanent. All the protective plastic coverings on the edges, etc., make this even more confusing, and owning many Samsungs over the years that DID have a removable film added to that confusion. I'm really disappointed in Samsung for not stressing this significant detail!

I previously had a 40 inch Samsung TV I purchased before 2011. I was using that TV until about 3 months ago. I had envisioned that with the new technology, the picture would be so much better. I was expecting a bolder, more colorful picture. It was not. To me, that was disappointing. That is why I didn't give it 5 Stars. I assume there is nothing wrong with the TV. I prefer buying Samsung and Vizio TV's because of picture quality. Maybe it was just my expectations were too high.

Nice picture and functionality, but there were 2 things that my old 2018 Samsung TV was doing better: 1) It could play pretty much any video format. Now lots of my old videos do not play anymore. Usually it works the other way - newer TVs have more capabilities, not less. 2) We watch a lot of videos and movies using a USB stick. The old TV was doing a quick preview with several frames from the movie when you select a file. And if tit's a season with multiple episodes you could find the one where you stopped. Now it's one still image which cannot tell you much. And it's not playing from where you stopped watching last time anymore. The old TV did that! I've almost returned it, but it's pretty big, doesn't fit in my car and that was pretty much the only reason why I kept it. My whole family wanted to get some other TV instead.

You spend a lot of money on a tv and the remote has tiny buttons that you can't see and god forbid you have nails! What is wrong with the people that design these??? TV is fine.. I Can Watch my shows… unless i need to change a channel or pause a movie 🤨

I have no complaints with this purchase. I needed to upgrade from a 37 inch and this fit the bill perfectly. Setup was easy and I made no adjustments. It was as easy as plugging in the power and accessories then done. I would purchase this again.

Great TV, it is user friendly and the picture is amazing. The clarity, resolution and graphics are wonderful! Love this TV and the price was great, as we were not expecting to have to buy a TV at this minute, but when our current TV's picture goes out its a little hard to enjoy TV. I think my daughter is going to get one too for her new house.
