Great TV, it is user friendly and the picture is amazing. The clarity, resolution and graphics are wonderful! Love this TV and the price was great, as we were not expecting to have to buy a TV at this minute, but when our current TV's picture goes out its a little hard to enjoy TV. I think my daughter is going to get one too for her new house.

The first TV we bought, within 2 months, a cloud came over the screen and we could not readjust it. Even called Samsung, which they couldn't help and couldn't send a technician out until a month later. Returned it to Sams for another exact same TV with no problem. Hoping the first TV was just a fluke and thus one last for a long time.

I've been very impressed with the clarity of picture and how easy it has been to use the TV and streaming apps with just the included the remote. The sound quality and volume strength also surprised me; I don't necessarily need my sound system unless I want the surround sound feel.

Great TV nice clarity, colour, black levels and good smart interface. Currently using as a computer monitor which provides me with clear typesets which was what my main purpose to the TV was. It replaces a 1080p Samsung which was also a good set but wanted clearer type. My old samsung was reliable and hope this one will be as well.

Stunning picture quality. My apps load & view with no fuss. I'd love to give a 5 star rating, however, the need for THIRTEEN individual steps, via the TV remote to connect my S#ny bluetooth wireless headphones is abysmal. When I connect the same headset to my iP#d, all I do is power the headphones on & THAT is IT, the iP#d does the rest. You seriously need to improve on this.

We bought this 4K TV to assess the quality of video from a 4K camera since there is very little being broadcast or streaming in 4K, at this time. The TV is of very good quality and has a lot of internet streaming options available. Don't much care for the "We'll be right back" breaks in the streaming service. It has only 2 HDMI inputs ... could use 2 more. The Signal Strength meter is difficult to get to when assessing over-the-air reception.

Purchased this because at that time, it was an awesome deal for a 55". It was just under $400 and the reviews were positive, so a win-win. Setting it up was easy, and we have had it for over a month now and there hasn't been issues. Highly recommend.

Great size, crystal clear, truly awesome picture. But WARNING: Samsung doesn't provide out-of-the-box detailed instructions. Yes, the TV is easy to set up, but the company needs to warn us the screen's film MUST NOT be removed. The film is part of the HD, so removing it will ruin the TV. Ours came with a tiny nick in it, and I started to remove it but went to the internet first to ask how. Only then did I find out the film is permanent. All the protective plastic coverings on the edges, etc., make this even more confusing, and owning many Samsungs over the years that DID have a removable film added to that confusion. I'm really disappointed in Samsung for not stressing this significant detail!

Beautiful TV but user exp/interface lacking, difficult to navigate and there are certain apps that come with the TV such as the gallery but you can only use it if you have a Samsung phone. No ability to use remote control from your phone. Samsung should model Roku's interface where it's easy, clear and fast to use. No need to sign in on everything! Other than that, the tv picture is gorgeous and Samsung has some nice features such as additional TV channels.

I have no complaints with this purchase. I needed to upgrade from a 37 inch and this fit the bill perfectly. Setup was easy and I made no adjustments. It was as easy as plugging in the power and accessories then done. I would purchase this again.
