Check your tv's before selling them!!!!

I bought the tv online because of covid, pick it up and when I opened it, the packaging seemed wrong but we continued to mount it on the wall. When I turned it on SURPRISE! Ii didn't work, just a blank screen. They gave me a broken and probably returned item. I had to go back to the store and deal with the return. I got the same product but had to make sure it was a new and seald item.

We bought this 4K TV to assess the quality of video from a 4K camera since there is very little being broadcast or streaming in 4K, at this time. The TV is of very good quality and has a lot of internet streaming options available. Don't much care for the "We'll be right back" breaks in the streaming service. It has only 2 HDMI inputs ... could use 2 more. The Signal Strength meter is difficult to get to when assessing over-the-air reception.

Easy set up and everything I want in a new tv. Amazing picture (has 4 different settings and I was happy to have the “movie” setting and great sound. Remote is easy to navigate because it makes sense. Added all of the many apps I wanted and can quickly access them on the home page. Don't buy waaay overpriced for what it is!!!

Terrible TV and I'm a samsung loyal customer but this is a 7000 series tv which I'd supposed to be on the higher end of models and in my opinion as someone eho owns 7 samsung tvs 3 s series tablets 2 galaxy watches and 7 appliances this one is not the greatest it doesnt excel in any aspect of the viewing or listening experience I would never recommend this unit for the money they charge just not up to par.

TV's great--don't remove the screen's film!

Great size, crystal clear, truly awesome picture. But WARNING: Samsung doesn't provide out-of-the-box detailed instructions. Yes, the TV is easy to set up, but the company needs to warn us the screen's film MUST NOT be removed. The film is part of the HD, so removing it will ruin the TV. Ours came with a tiny nick in it, and I started to remove it but went to the internet first to ask how. Only then did I find out the film is permanent. All the protective plastic coverings on the edges, etc., make this even more confusing, and owning many Samsungs over the years that DID have a removable film added to that confusion. I'm really disappointed in Samsung for not stressing this significant detail!

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased two of these online. One worked only 2 days. I looked on line to see how to return the item and was told I could return it to a store. One employee was very nice and was helpful, but another employee stepped in an was awful. I had to call the online service to help which was helpful they gave me a reference number and said my refund would be credited in 5 -7 days. That was 12-24-2022 I haven't received it yet.
