Excellent color and easy set up. We looked at another brand ,Vizio, and there was simply no comparison. Samsung is the brightest, clearest, color on any brand.

Great TV for the price. The picture is not as sharp as the top of the line Samsung, but 55 inches for less than $400, what do you expect. Good value for the price.

We are truly happy with our purchase. The picture is clear, the set up was easy, the colors are bright, and it's not to big for our room. Over all a great TV.

LCD panel died at 36 months of regular use. TV was completely unusable after this. Native Samsung operating system is also terrible. You will have to by a primestick/ chromecast/ roku setup to make this model usable.

Exactly what you expect from a Samsung product. Quality packaging, easy instructions, everything complete. Top quality product, noticeable software and ease of use improvements from my last new TV (3yrs) and of course beautiful picture.

Been shopping around for budget friendly and picture quality. the LG I had was good but knew there was better. Well LG didn't have a budget friendly tv with good picture. I posted my tv on graigslist and sold it right away. Was able to get this one next day delivery must say I chose wisely. I highly recommend this TV.

I've really enjoyed this TV, its a perfect size for the small space I live in. I used to have a 26" (pretty much a monitor) and hung on to that for over 9 years, and decided to treat myself to this. Love the quality of picture, sound, and ease of menu use.

Beautiful TV but user exp/interface lacking, difficult to navigate and there are certain apps that come with the TV such as the gallery but you can only use it if you have a Samsung phone. No ability to use remote control from your phone. Samsung should model Roku's interface where it's easy, clear and fast to use. No need to sign in on everything! Other than that, the tv picture is gorgeous and Samsung has some nice features such as additional TV channels.

Perfect size for a small apartment. Samsung picture quality has never disappointed me. Speaker quality isn't the best, but adequate. I will be buying a sound bar to pair with this TV. This model does not support Alexa or connect to other home devices, however I believe the model above this one (the 8000 series) does iirc. So with that said not as “Smart” as I was hoping. Had I known this I wouldn't have bought this TV. I should've looked at the box closer in the store or done some more research. Because being able to turn my TV with Alexa would be great. But if you're not into that short of thing it's still a fine TV. I do like the leg stands it comes with, but mostly because unlike my last Samsung, those stands just sit in the sockets, and don't need to be fastened or clipped in. One thing I don't like is the typing. I find it clunky with the options it gives you after you type a character in. It takes a while to get used to and is a little confusing.

The TV worked fine for one day. The next day it wouldn't pick up anything on the internet like my Netflix, Prime or YouTube. I did everything their tech department suggested buy nothing worked, not even a hard reset. I finally had to hook up my Roku to it to get everything to work again. Apparently this is a huge issue with this TV after I did some research I found a lot of people had the same problem. I've had the TV now for 2 months and it seems to work fine with the Roku, but I'm not totally happy with this purchase and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know.
