The quality is great, and the apps along with the Samsung TV+ guide is helpful and a nice perk. The remote could be a bit more updated, as it's a standard remote not the sleek and modern remote from other models, but still functional. The fast start up and ease of use within the TV is great for all ages and again is fast. If you are looking for a beginner friendly TV with high quality playback for any room, you gotta check this model out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has a very clear and vibrant picture. It was very easy to set up, but it is a hit heavy so it required two people. There are plenty of apps preinstalled and I also love that the remote has some preset app shortcuts of it's own. Theres only 2 hdmi hookups but that wasnt a issue for me. Another thing I like is that it has molding for the cable to run into to create a neater space. Due to the way the coax is set up it was hard to get my coax cable screwed into the port. This is also the first tv I've seen have a list of free tv shows and movies you can choose from. Overall it is a great product at a great price.

Im never letting this tv go, I have been using it since it came out in 2020 and I never had any problems with it! I Greatly Recommend it!

Can change apps easily and quickly, and the quality is amazing. The only flaw is the buttons on the remote are very sensitive and some get stuck once in awhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is cool. Nice image overall. Great for movies and gaming. The blacks when living room is lighted you can barely see. Pretty sure changing menu would fix it but then having to switch it back again when lighting is off would be a hassle. I just wish the smart tv interface was better. There is at times delay when moving thru menus and stuff. This is where they are missing out.

I have a separate surround sound system for the audio. Overall this has been a great TV and I'm satisfied with it for what it is - it is not a comparison with the higher end TVs, but I believe it to be a wonderful choice in its category of features, size, specs. The two minor complaintsI have are 1) the menu feels very slow in its responsiveness. I have a separate LG TV in another room and it's OS/menu is very fast and responsive. The second issue I have is that the remote itself is a bit clunky. Perhaps it's also due to the slow menus, but it makes me also dislike the remote. Again overall I'm very satisfied with the TV and would recommend it to someone looking for a great value option.

this tv was purchased for our guest room, which will be used with an antenna instead of with cable. scanning channels was easy, and the tv was able to pick up more than 100 broadcast channels. the guide is also great for a tv that is getting free channels only.

I have used this TV to watch movies, shoes, and even watch regular air antenna television and it still has a clear dynamic picture. I have used it to play video games and I get immersed in the game with a huge clear picture. I couldn't be happier with this TV and will continue to be a proud samsung member for life. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mounted this beauty as soon as I got home, I wanted to surprise my family and ended up surprising myself as I turned on my new fresh out of the box 82" TU7000 Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV and for the first time in my life seen the amazing UHD, the mountains looked so real I couldn't help but stare at the landscape and feel like I was there in real life, my family actually walked in on me and started staring and sitting down to watch with me in amazement as they all said wow, we are extremely happy with our purchase.
