We were able to easily add all our streaming apps and the interface makes it very easy to find and watch. Would definitely recommend this product.
Great tv
we are samsung fans when it comes to tv. we realy enjoy this tv at this tume. we wete able to teoubleshoot just about anythibg with the exceptuon if oairing my ohone woth the tv. it wiuld seem that apple and samsung are dint like to e-talk. oh well. thst is my main complaint. i will contact custoner support and update this post in the future.

Nice Tv..
i have all samsung tvs in my house. from 40-82inch. i love the product. i purchased this replace a 8 year old 42. the picture quality is very nice. the set up for everyhing was extremely easy except airplay. i spent 2 hrs trouble shooting and finally got it to work by unplugging from the wall. nowhere did i find that suggestion online. the worst part about this tv is the remote and commuicating with the apps. its super slow and delayed. its extremely frustrating. i dont really want to return a 50 inch tv, but its like using dial up internet. its a 3-4 second delay on everything. the firmware is up to date. im at a loss at the moment

Beautiful picture, limited apps
as a person who streams tv, the extremely limited number of tv apps is disappointing. this was a waste of my money as i still needed to purchase an amazon fire tv stick to get all of the apps i was looking for. after about a week of use the apps that i did have stopped playing and i had to reset the tv and start from scratch all over again. the smart things app did not work the second time around and i had to set up the tv via remote.

Simply to dark in low light conditions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my two new samsung televisions are simply too dark in low light conditions, no matter what settings we chose. specifically, disney's the mandalorian is so dark that images are almost indiscernible during scense that are shot in darkness/night. i have never had this issue with any other led television.

Good tv bad remote
we would rate the tv as a 4 but the remote seems complicated compared to the other tv system we have. it was more difficult to initially set up and i have to say we are still struggling with the remote for locating shows and specific episodes the picture on the tv is good.

I love my new Tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying I did a lot of research for the features, size and price I was looking for. The Samsung Crystal UHD TV was everything I was looking for. It works in tandem with my Samsung phone allowing me to control and cast directly to the TV by simply tapping the top of the TV with phone! The crystal clear picture is a plus! I love that it allows me to connect all of my streaming apps and explore and add other apps to increase my entertainment options. I love my new TV it has met and exceeded my expectations!
Better than expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace another brand of tv. It was getting old and I wanted a newer model. I saw the Samsung on display and I liked the picture. After getting it home, setup was a breeze and took about 15 minutes. I mostly watch movies and i am always slightly amazed at the picture quality. I will be buying another Samsung when it is time to replace this one.
