Samsung TV Family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 4th Samsung in our house and I have Purchase 5 over the last 3 years. Sadly our 75” was broken during our move. The picture quality is beyond superb. I enjoy that I am able to set all of my TVs on my app. I don't use the Samsung movies, but when my mom purchased her Samsung, she has told me she loves the free movies. Top quality and very functional/easy to use.

Picture and Sound are Incredible.

The picture is superb and converts anything you watch into 4k. The sound is incredible and without a sound bar you won't need to raise the volume over 40.

Not the best tv I've purchased

i purchased the samsung tu7000 when one of my children threw a tennis ball which hit the screen of my beautiful lg. loved that tv. i needed to get a tv that day, so i rushed out and bought this one. i bought too quickly, and i must admit that the low price was attractive. now i know why it was so cheap. each time i turn it on the color is faded, so i need to reset the picture. it's annoying. at first i thought it might be a minor glitch, but it must be adjusted each time you turn it on. i thought it might need a software upgrade, but nope, it says that its up to date. i didn't do enough research on the tv; found out later that it was a 2020 model, so i screwed up. you get what you pay for. i won't buy samsung again.

Hi Rio L, Thank you for your feedback on the Samsung TU7000 TV's picture quality. Please try the following troubleshooting tips to prevent your TV from reverting to the previous picture settings. You can change the dimming feature of your TU7000 TV by adjusting some of the energy efficiency features designed to reduce power consumption. The Eco sensor automatically adjusts the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level. If the Eco Sensor has changed the screen's brightness level, you can select Min. Backlight to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. You can also disable these features for a steady brightness setting. You can adjust Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer by going to Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > and adjusting the Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting. Next, let's make sure your TV is on Home Mode. Please do so by heading to Settings>General>System Manager>Usage Mode>Enter Pin>Click "Home Mode." If these settings do not prevent your TV from changing Picture Settings, please allow us to make this right by contacting us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Surpassed expectations

Had it for over a month now and keep finding new stuff. I am sure our service provider has a lot to do with it but they are only as good as the tv you are viewing them on. Love the free wi if channels that came with the tv. Awesome picture quality and sound. Could not be happier

Don't buy

everytime i turn on my tv it says network error. for awhile i would unplug my tv and let it reconnect. now i hold down the power button 3 secs for it to reconnect. thats the only way it will come on without getting a network setting error. not happy with samsung at all.

How crystal clear it is

Over all great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is amazing for a 1st time buyer. Size is great for a bigger living room wall. Color is good for a wide range of movies and tv shows. I am not 100% satisfied with the look of the darker colors. I can really see the pixels which black scenes. It makes me think I should have went with and QLED TV. In just did not want to sacrifice too much size when balancing the price, and quality. I believe over all I made a great purchase and it is an overall great product. 8.5/10

Great picture.

I was able to adjust the settings in no time to get a fantastic picture for both movies and gaming. I have had other sets that made it very difficult to move past the "soap opera" effect. Not the case here. Very satisfied and the size is perfect for my tiny-house.

great product

I would say the picture is extremely clear. The Smart TV aspect has all of the Apps you would want for your TV. I was not sold on buying a large TV however now that we have this TV I am so happy we made the purchase.

Image, sound and easy to program.

The sound is moderately clear without distortion, pleasant to the ear. Installation and coupling are very practical and simple. It's an excellent product, I can't complain about the Samsung.
