Solid TV, poor remote design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung makes a great TV, from their entry level to more robust and costlier versions. Sharp images, fast processing for video and easy to connect to WIFI and other devices. Where they fall short is the remote. For the price of the TV it needs to include a better modern remote to match the capabilities of the TV. Should seamlessly integrate as a universal remote with full voice function. It does not do so and is actually cumbersome to use.

Best tv ever

I actually bought this tv used last year off of a friend and its a great tv he already had it a few yrs and now i have it and everything workss amazingly on it and then i found out about the xbox app and i can play games on it with out a console anazing

Great Value and Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the SmasungTV app as well as features such as the lighting, easy phone mirroring and variety of apps including Spectrum TV. Just wish there was a way to remove the unwanted apps that seem to be hard tied to the TV.

Excellent value, design & tech

i am very impressed with this tv! i purchased a similar model from a different brand a few months back and i resold it immediately because the os was sooooo laggy and slow. i dont have this problem with my new samsung. the ui is clean and easy to navigate, the picture is beautiful and the size and design are perfect for my fireplace mantel. it was easy to setup and the sound is fantastic! great buy!

Great tv ...But

this tv is great as far as what im able to view ..graphics and things like that but the tv itself at tikes can just be irritating. i noticed if im gone for too long it will unconnect from the wifi and i have to unplug the tv for it to connect again and i know its not my wifi. its getting to the point where every single time i come home i have to unplug to tv and plug it back in for it to work and im over it , its only been three months that ive had it . ive also noticed the picture is a but grainy at times when i turn it on and so again i have to fo and unplug the tv for a clear picture. my tv is only a couple steps away but for the money my boyfriend paid for this tv we expect it to work properly.

domi: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi connection and occasionally seeing a grainy picture. You may want to go through these steps to check your connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Great easy to use TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for leisure and streaming. My mom enjoys watching Youtube. The system makes it easy to navigate to other apps (Netflix, Hulu etc). The only complaints I have are that sometimes when we first turn on the TV, it lags. The remote also has way too many buttons. Other than that, completely satisficed.

Clarity is amazing!

The kids enjoy gaming out on the big screen, Dad enjoys the clarity for the big game and I enjoy streaming my Spotify directly to the TV for an afternoon cleaning session while jamming out.

Love my TV!!

Go woth something else

we were very excited to purchase and mount this tv but less than 9 month later there is a dark black bar across the bottom and we had to get it serviced. they have to completely replace the panel. warranty was responsive but this shouldnt happen on a brand new tv. this is the second samsung tv i've owned with the same issue.

Great picture quility!
