It was easy to set up and begin using. To my surprise it has a good sound system on it's own. Most new flat screens have poor sound, forcing you to buy a sound bar to get quality sound. Thank you for that! I am very satisfied with my purchase and I tell everybody that when they need to get a new tv to definitely consider a Samsung product. we purchased this samsung tv a few weeks ago to replaced an older 32-inch television that we had in our living room. the sound and picture quality are very good as compared to our old television. the set up was fairly easy and we have found that our roku device is compatible with the tv, so we hav encountered any difficulties with it yet. the samsung remote that comes with this unit does have a variety of buttons. but, it is simple enough to use for basic functions. if you do not need a lot of whistles and bells, this unit will get the job done.

our brand new 55 inch samsung crystal tv is fantastic. we are very happy with the product. the stand should be in the middle of the set instead of 2 sets of chicken legs. it is a huge inconvenience if you do not have the proper table. that's an additional cost. enjoy!

With this television I get a crystal clear picture even in the high action scenes! You have options to add apple tv right on the home screen, you can even play your apple music. They have a variety of apps you can download for many of your needs. I would 100% recommend this TV to anyone that doesn't really know what they want. And it comes at an amazing price!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys surprised me with this TV. I love it. Gorgeous picture. My favorite feature is "amplify" under volume settings. I'm mostly deaf in one ear. Amplify really makes it easier to hear and keeps the actual volume down.
