[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung products. This TV is wonderful. It has a great picture and great sound even without extended sound devices. It replaced my older Samsung TV that was over 12 years old that my daughter threw a ball at and broke it. The only issue is the remote. The buttons are kind of small and really close together and it's easy to press the wrong one. But other than that everything is great. I wouldn't change my purchase at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV's for gaming and general entertainment. I'd had the TV for about a year and a half- which is how long the warranty lasted. I began to notice black lines on my screen. More and more popped up. We had my TV assessed by a local repair shop after walking through Samsung help and they determined some of the LED panels had blown. To get my TV fixed would have costed more than buying the actual TV. I just felt like it was ironic that my warranty ran out and suddenly the product broke. I've not had good experiences with Samsung in the past when it came to TV's, but this one just really iced the cake for me. When the TV worked, it was amazing.

the pucture quality is great but the one remote does not work well. it was able to connect and find my cable company and then all of a sudden it dropped out. now i have to use both the cable and the tv remote to work the tv. i'm also not a fan of the interface of the tv. the operating systems is very confusing and not user friendly at all. ive tried to resest the whold system and start from scratch and it still wont work. i also dont like how evertime i hit the guid button it goes to samsungtv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung TV, not only can I stream from my S10 to my TV, but it literally asks me out of the blue when at home without looking it up. Usually you have to take time to setup your TV, not with Samsung, it does most of the work for you.

I only don't like the remote control navigation, it's hard to get out of the Samsung TV and navigate the TV. Otherwise it's good.

To my surprise and delight we are able to watch the major local TV stations as well as the whole spectrum of apps using the internet connection. The picture is bright and clear, making it more than worthwhile to get 4K. The sound is good as well...all in all, a great product.

The tv system actually seems kind of slow at times (moving between sources, apps, settings, etc.) but I'm not sure if that's because of my WiFi. All in all, a really good convenient tv. Movies look great.

TV is very user friendly and easy to connect other media. The picture is crystal clear and colors are vivid. Great product all around and one of the best purchases I've made.

I have always been very happy with my Samsung purchases and this television is no different. No regrets on not getting the UHD, next upgrade will be to OLED.
