Crystal clear picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television was very easy to put together and hook up. The picture looks great after figuring out the picture settings. Sound is great. My only gripe (and it is a small one) is that the buttons on the remote are extremely sensitive; setting it to an exact volume can be a hassle (some times it goes way over or under). All in all, this is a great tv for our living room.

Dark Spots When White Or Light Colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV developed 2 sets of dark spots when the image is white or light colors. This really takes away from my ability to enjoy this television. It was so close to the end warranty, it is very disappointing.

If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections 2. If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, and fixed horizontal or vertical lines. 3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels? 4. Press the Home button (which looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources? 5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test) 6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Quality

bought a 58 inch samsung in november 2020, picture was great, loved the extra channels with samsung plus, but about 3 weeks ago started getting bad pixels on the bottom of the screen, last night it completely went out, in the middle of watching a show, there appeared a brown spot as if the film was melting, at first we thought it was the station, but realized it was the tv when we could not get any other stations, seems this model was not reliable as, this size tv is no longer being made. very disappointed would have thought it would have lasted longer than 20 months, hope the 43 inch samsung i bought for the bedroom a year ago lasts longer than that

Love it! Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv so much. At first I couldn't figure out how to enable 4K on my gaming system but figured it out. Gaming looks crisp and amazing on this tv and Netflix, Hulu, and prime all look amazing as well. I honestly haven't had any problems with it and I feel like it will last a long time. The included tv feet were amazing and I didn't have to use screws or anything to put them in the tv. I love how it always enables game mode automatically. The smart tv options are great as well. I don't have any problems with input lag either. I love this tv so much.

Amazing picture, great features!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this television, the picture is crystal clear as the model states. With the HDR feature the deeper blacks, and brighter whites makes for a much more enjoyable experience. The integrated user interface technology is easy to use, and has all the applications ( Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) that you could want. In addition to the standard streaming services provided through most platforms, I love the access to Samsung TV Plus. This service gives me access to 24 hr TV shows, movies, and music videos... all for FREE!!! Access to the Samsung internet app allows access to email, and social media accounts, or time to just surf the web on the big screen. An added bonus I really like is the Apple AirPlay service already available on the television. This allows me to stream pictures, music, and videos, from my IPhone to my TV easily. All of the features combined this is truly an excellent television. I would recommend it those looking for all the bells and whistles, with ease of use as well.

Works well for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our living room TV and is plenty big for our spaces. Excellent picture and sound. We use another streaming device so don't use a lot of the smartTV features, but they seem good when I've dabbled in them. The only drawback for me is having only 2 HDMI ports. Would like more, but for the price, this TV is a bargain. No reason to pay hundreds more for another port or two.

Great savings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been 10 years since my last tv purchase. I have an old Sony XBR so this was definitely a step up. I'd wish it was a bit more brighter and vibrant all around. I'd also love if it was a bit more intuitive when turning on my gaming consoles. With my old tv, it would automatically turn on whenever I'd turn on a console and i would never have to touch the source button. However, I'm finding myself regularly having to select the appropriate source. Besides this. Everything is great!

Can't add new apps

i bought this tv a month ago, and so far the experience has only been worse day by day. initially for 2 weeks the screen was flickering so much, it would irritate your eyes. then we have been trying to install few basic apps like youtube kids, disney+ and none have been installed. we click install, and the white button "install" goes gray for few seconds and turns white again. no message why this is happening. we haven't installed any new apps, just the ones that come pre-install. some pre-installed apps are really stupid ones -- who watches hgtv from an app and does web browsing on tv? webpages are the worst and you can't even remove these not-for-goof apps. though samsung is a popular product, but these people have never used web-browsing on tv! have to return it back

This TV is great for sports!
