[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for over a year now and it has been reliable. But occasionally it will turn on by itself overnight and I will wake up to find extra light streaming down our hallway into our bedroom. Another frustration is the included streaming TV channels which only work about half the time, not that I often watch any TV that has commercials. But for my main streaming channels and my DVR this TV has been working fine and I enjoy the larger size than what I had before.

I decided to invest in one during the pandemic times because I watch shows and such on Netflix often and might as well enjoy it on a larger screen. Setting up the TV to connect with all my streaming apps was really easy. Navigating the TV's remote also super easy. Impressed and happy with my purchase.

have had the tv for almost a month now and still can't seem to get thw layout of the remote down. buttons just arent located in easy to reach locations. have recently updated other tvs in the house and most of thier remotes are easier to use or intuitively located...these just arent...others in the house have had the same experience. the picture is good though and am satisfied w that. thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This It's the first tv in a long time i really love. It's my first tv with voice like alexa. Its really helpful as I only have one arm so its a joy to use. The picture is crisp and clear. Its better then the movie theater. So many opinions to enjoy.

beautiful tv; beautiful picture after much tweaking & updating; blurry at first but the update(s) should have remedied that. tv speaker is sub-par; i have a soundbar now which makes a big difference. cons: i do not like the interface; the apps are all over the place; very disorganized and cluttered. don't like the remote control! it's tedious to navigate. updating: there is an automatic update feature in your settings, but i went into samsung's web site to check for a possible download which there was, & you must save it to a "flash drive". make sure to unzip the files then insert it into your tv's usb port to load. though i am quite capable of doing this, not everyone is. it is an inconvenience. still it is a quality tv for the price and samsung is one of the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv looks nice but all of the features are slow and hard to navigate. Adding apps is not easy and switching between programs is a pain. I will likely need to add a smart device roku, fire stick etc to make the tv more functional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV works great, love the picture quality and sound! Only issues were that the feet didn't quite fit on my furniture so I had to buy a mount. Also it came with an older style remote so I got a different one. Overall a great buy! Would recommend to anyone.

The audio could be just a little bit louder, but it's not bad, and everything else is so great, that you barely notice. Other than that, I would recommend this TV to anyone who was looking. I am actually hoping to get a larger model in the QLED series!
