A Nice TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV to use along with my Samsung smart Phone. The quality of the overall picture is very good. The smart features work well. Setup was easy. The only problem I have noticed is flickering of the image at random times. It goes away after a little while, but makes the video difficult to watch.

Great tv ...But

this tv is great as far as what im able to view ..graphics and things like that but the tv itself at tikes can just be irritating. i noticed if im gone for too long it will unconnect from the wifi and i have to unplug the tv for it to connect again and i know its not my wifi. its getting to the point where every single time i come home i have to unplug to tv and plug it back in for it to work and im over it , its only been three months that ive had it . ive also noticed the picture is a but grainy at times when i turn it on and so again i have to fo and unplug the tv for a clear picture. my tv is only a couple steps away but for the money my boyfriend paid for this tv we expect it to work properly.

You may want to go through these steps to check your connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. Good value for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice tv. It's in my living room and I mainly use it for gaming with my ps4 but also stream my cable app on it. Has a good picture quality for the price. Have had connection issues with the wifi but not too bad of a concern.

Bad Picture

samsung is the only brand of tv's i buy. i've never had a single complaint until now. my 8 year old plasma had a much better picture than this new 4k uhd? even after buying new 4k-8k hdmi cables, following picture quality “optimum” settings, and all the troubleshooting tips, the picture is too dark to watch. when you raise the brightness and contrast, it gets fuzzy? i'm frustrated and disappointed with everything about this tv. the remote design is horribe! i've never had a samsung tv dissapoint me. this particular 65” crystal 4k uhd hdr tv is junk! my old dlp tv had a picture better than this!i have come to expect much better quality from samsung. disapointment is an uderstatment with this product...

If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Manually adjust the Brightness and other settings. Go to: Settings> Picture> Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. Great Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is great (4k really shows the details) and there are a lot of settings available to adjust the picture and sound to your liking. Has a lot of features, including connectivity to a local network and control from the SmartThings platform. The only dislike is the inability to completely synchronize the audio and video due to not having the option to delay both the audio and the video (audio can be delayed, but when the audio is already behind the video, the video needs to be able to be delayed too).

I hate this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV the first I still have and I like it but this one I hate. This TV is too dark and will not get any brighter I have all the settings as high as I can and some movies are impossible to watch they are so dark you can't see them. I have read reviews from other owners and they say the same thing the TV is too dark and will be my last Samsung product. By the way I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer and gave them away after only a couple years they were junk also.

Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is the perfect size for the bedroom….not too big…not too small. Colors are beautiful and picture is so clear. The sound could use a little improvement….needs a little more bass and sometimes it sounds low but it works fine and is ok…I'm just a little picky with sound. Overall I feel I made a great choice.

Very thin and elegant design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial tv had issues it did not capture channels lots of pixilation and channels did not stay in one place...I exchanged it and, this one is excellent video quality and it works great. Sound quality needs improvement...too shallow otherwise very happy with unit

Great picture and size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this tv and it's the perfect size for a bedroom or living room! Having a smart tv really makes it awesome for hooking up to your favorite apps for shows! We mostly watch movies and apps but occasionally this tv is used for Xbox too. Awesome experience with a clear screen for gaming. Overall easy set up and upkeep! we have it hooked to an external speaker set up for max sound experience but it had good sound before we even did that.

this is a Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent television. Picture quality is crystal clear and crisp. User interface is acceptable once you get used to it. Remote control is really awful - it works fine but keys are so close together you can end up doing something entirely different from intended. Use the smartthing app - much easier to navigate. Television is great, apps work great. love the internet app!
