Not working after 18 months…

2nd Samsungs that broke 18 months after purchase and out of warranty…. Bottom half of tv where the smart bar is stay dim about half the time. Did all of the trouble shooting on my own and with Samsung. They said the display is defective and the cost to have it serviced is more than the cost of the TV. This TV replaced another Samsung tv whose display also failed after less than 2 years. I have other older Samsung TVs that are still goin g strong after 8 years but it seems like quality of newer ones is less.

Nice for Price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this television. Wonderful picture straight out of the box. Super easy set-up process. We are a Samsung phone household so it was completely effortless to set-up through the Smart Things app. It connects to all streaming services straight from the TV without having to use extra devices to cast. One complaint I saw prior to purchasing was the limited number of HDMI ports. We connected our satellite to one that stays connected and simply have a cable inserted in the other that we can connect to any other device as needed (gaming console, DVD Player, etc) - the use of these are rare enough that it doesn't bother us. I am also sure there is some sort of splitter device that would allow us to keep them all plugged in and toggle through them as desired, which would be the better option for us anyways since we don't like having tons of cables visible with our TV being mounted to the wall.

Perfect for Gaming!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV specifically for gaming and I love it. Great picture and response time. It comes with a lot of built in apps and internet TV. I've always been a Samsung fan because they deliver consistent performance. 2nd TV I've bought in this line and I have not regretted either purchase.

Samsung TV was everything I expected

It has multiple connections and all the right plugs for the various devices that we need to hook up. It came with the needed hardware. The picture is great and we have had no issues.

Wonderful Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to understand setup, both of assembly, and startup. A slightly confusing menu for first time Smart TV users, but takes little time getting used to. I use my TV mostly for gaming. It comes with a gaming mode which enhances video, and audio for specificly gaming use. You can have just about any video or audio app you wish for on it. One of the best TV experiences I've had.

Smart View

so i just wasted money and im returning my tv. i find it quite strange i bought this tv and it does not screen mirror with my refrigerator. you dont even have an app to justify this and its sad. im over it because i spent way too much money and dont have all the features

The product great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is okay but it's not as crystal clear as I thought it would be and the remote is not easy to work with all!!! Very difficult especially if you're operating the remote in the dark, I have to turn the lights on to see because the pad does not light up which is very annoying . I wish I had a newer version.

If the picture you’re seeing is not to your liking, there are several settings you may want to try adjusting. First, let's ensure your firmware is up to date. Please go to Settings> Support > Software Update. You can easily update your firmware from here. Next, go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. Great overall T.V. for the price.

Also can be controlled by phone , it work well with any phone but my Samsung galaxy s20 was super early to work with. Great value!

Ease of setup

Overall Good Product

picture is great, sound is clear, setup was a breeze. the remote is a bit busy for me. i prefer the older, sleeker style that came with my 55” i purchased in 2017. my only major complaint is with the smart hub. it is very laggy and makes scrolling through apps more difficult than it should be.
