Amazing picture clarity and depth of black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV about a year ago and I was really surprised when I got at home. Definitely became a centerpiece in the living room and I absolutely loved the clarity. The great thing about Samsung is that no matter how much you pay for the television you're going to get a high quality picture. Over the last couple of years I've completely kissed all of my Bravia products goodbye and welcomed Samsung into my home.

Sound issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd 65inch Samsung TV that has a problem with the sound that goes out for seconds during viewing on any type of streaming device or watching Samsung TV built in channels. This happen on TV speakers or using sound bar.

NO Digital Tuner!! Why??

I have had two of these TV for 9 months. Hooked up my digital antenna today and was very disappointed that it does not have a digital tuner or any tuner for that matter. Samsung you saved a couple dollars but have disappointed a long time Samsung customer. Why include a coax connector but no tuner?

Hi Kevin, Thank you for reaching out to us. Please know that the TU700D does have a built-in tuner. To set up your local channels, please follow these steps: 1) Make sure your Antenna or Cable box is set up, and then connect it to the TV via the ANT IN. 2) Go to Source> TV 3) Press Setting> Broadcasting> Auto Program 4) Start to begin Auto-Programming, and then select either Air, Cable, or Both 5) Your TV will begin to scan for channels. Overall great product for price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Navigation of the UI is great, the frame is solid and image looks crisp. It's a TV, not much more to say. Only cons I'd consider before purchase is brightness is not the highest, better for rooms for overall lower light levels. The only other thing to consider is that there's only 2 HDMI inputs.

Great value...Even better TV!!!

Good TV but Slow to Respond

I bought the Samsung 50" TU7000 Smart 4K UHD TV two years ago, and I have had no problems with it. However, I do have two criticisms with this model: 1) Not enough HDMI ports; only two available 2) Major complaint is that this TV is sluggish and slow to respond to the remote especially after it is switched on. The TV simply will not respond for seconds. It is as if it was busy doing some background processing. This can be frustrating if you want to check something out quickly, or turn down the volume quickly if it is extremely. You just can't do any of this until after at least a few seconds or more.

75" Chrystal UHD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect fit for my living room. It has all the streaming apps built-in it. I really enjoy not needing a set top box. The picture quality is just awesome. When paired up to smartthings, you get alerts and a remote on your phone. Just an awesome tv.

Availability to Download Apps

the shows i normally watch look so much more clear and brighter with this tv. i appreciate the availability to download a variety of different apps, especially the xfinity stream app. being able to download the xfinity app gives me the chance to save money because now i don't have to pay for a cable box in my room anymore.

Great TV, bad remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly use my TV for relaxing, streaming some videos, or catching up on a series. The pic is excellent, and also all the features. The remote is hard to navigate, especially in low light. I almost always hit the wrong button and usually its the return button. I really didn't find anything new and interesting apps to download either. P

Samsung baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my tv. The picture is crystal clear and bright! The Apple TV remote turns the tv on by pressing menu so I don't have to constantly use two remotes. The sound is as good as can be! People speaking is just as loud as sound effects! It is mounted on my wall and looks amazing! I recommend this tv to anyone wanting one! Samsung is most definitely the way to go!
