[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is great for streaming on any platform. It also has a game mode for when you are hooked up with a gaming console. It also has a feature with my Xbox that it starts It up for me when I start app from TV and I can use the remote with my Xbox as well. I love that it has web browser capabilities. When using with my Samsung S10 phone it is very easy to cast or connect with my phone to the tv. I have had my TV for almost 2 years now and it is just as amazing as it was on day one, no dimming or screen issues. I would highly recommend this product.

this tv was purchased for our guest room, which will be used with an antenna instead of with cable. scanning channels was easy, and the tv was able to pick up more than 100 broadcast channels. the guide is also great for a tv that is getting free channels only.

I also like how apps are built into the TV so that I don't have to go external to watch Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, YouTube, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv to use in my dorm. It is a great tv, great quality, great sound. I would assume that it is easy to set up normally, however I live on campus at a university. Depending on the type of WiFi that the university has, it could make connecting the tv to WiFi very difficult or impossible. In my own case, I cannot connect my tv to my university WiFi, but instead, have been using it by connecting my tv to my PlayStation, and have been using streaming services and playing games through the PlayStation.

the picture is good and setting up was very easy. my issue is with samsung forcing you to see their “sponsored” streaming service everytime you turn the tv on, plus the remote is not friendly with other streaming services. i would check the compatibility and/or functionality of your streaming service before buying. samsung should put the customer first and create a way to set the default to your desired streaming service. you spend a lot of money for their product and shouldn't be forced to look at their “sponsored” service everytime you turn on the tv.

Samsung service was responsive, but the TV repair company representative was not great Slight remote response delay Software is a bit buggy - have had some issues with downloading apps - we had to unplug the TV and plug it back up in order to get some apps to download Since we had some issues in the beginning with this TV, we have only been using it for about a week. But so far, it has been a great TV. The clarity of this TV is very noticeable - you can see details so well, and the colors are very vivid. Overall, this is a fantastic addition to our basement family room. We are planning to watch Star Wars IV on it tonight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is better - pretty bright and clear. Sound quality is premium. Apps navigation lapses. Settings is easy to navigate. TV remote is loaded with not really needed buttons. Important buttons on the TV remote are really small to reach and press. Such as settings, directional arrow, enter/select button and back button. Only 2 HDMI ports - not enough to peers of the same year on the market. Overall, the TV is good looking with thin bezel, good pictures and quality sound. The TV remote could have been improved for a 2020 TV model.

5 years of sheer joy the settings menu is extensive and you really have to know the right combination of tuning to get the picture at it's highest value, the zoom is amazing must have to maximize picture with top and bottom black bars, great tv once you know your way around, took me some time to get the best combo of settings but that was ok final product awesome
